suonare sotto la cupola del Brunelleschi è senza dubbio una grande soddisfazione. Come organo è un insieme mal riuscito di piu strumenti fatti negli anni. Con un eco di 10 secondi. Sotto la cupola si diventa matti. Nella navata si perde. Un organo bello a Firenze è quello di santa Croce. Un organo grande con i 32 reali e delle ance meravigliose.

Meraviglioso è poco...Che bello sarebbe provare questo bellissimo strumento.
All I can say is WOW! I was in Florence in Sept 2022, but sadly, long lines prevented me from going inside this wonderful structure. I'm hoping to get back there for a longer visit in the next few years. That said, the reverberation in that space is absolutely incredible, and kudos to how it was recorded on video. I dare say that after the last chord is released, the echo of it last even longer than that of St John the Divine in NYC.👍

The organ as instrument it may be wonderful, but unfortunately inside the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral the acoustics is terrible.
Definitely is not a church for an organ recital concert.
