    La meditación caminando es maravillosa
    Cada paso habras llegado
    Cada paso traes tu hogar aquí y ahora
    Traes tu casa a la tierra pura,
    Cuando caminas estas libre del pasado estas libre del futuro,
    Cuando das un paso di he llegado, no necesitas a un buda que te diga que haz llegado,
    He llegado y no necesito nada mas
    Ese es un acto de revolución
    A cada paso estoy en casa he llegado,
    debes disfrutar cada paso que das, da un paso como besando la tierra, no quiero nada mas, he llegado estoy en casa...no des otro paso mientras no estes conciente que haz llegado, tú eres tu propio maestro...esa práctica puede ser tu propio maestro

    Thank you to explain clearly what are the benefits of doing walking meditation. Other monks could not convince me of practice

      You feel happier, more aware of yourself in the present, your mind is clearer, you are more at peace and focused, it is a tranquil drug which you can do all day, it reduces fear and affects brain plasticity, it makes you more compassionate and less likely to hurt others or get hurt by something, more empathy.
