I love Chai, Chaat and Chutney. I make onion samosas all the time and that Mango Lassi has completely replaced smoothies for me, it's so delicious. I was also thrilled to find a chaat masala recipe. I mean, I know it's in the title, but it's such a useful spice blend that I got really excited when I saw it in the book. Now all I'm missing is a good, practical but also authentic Tandoori masala recipe. If you could please share a recipe for it, or at least a good tip to substitute it, if making it is too much trouble. I don't really like the ready mixes in stores.

Hi Chetna, I bought the book to specifically have this recipe. Lovely book. I do wonder why the Pani Puri recipe in the book is so different than what you have in the video?
