Most labor camps like vorkuta had people from every country that were captured by the Russian all come to vorkuta it was historically a hell hole for all of stalins enemy’s plus in game most of the prisoners have different accents if you listen close enough
I'm convinced the English dialogue was part of Mason's brainwashing, that he heard every dialogue in that prison in English despite a vast majority of the prisoners being Russians.
