In regards to the Fourth Agreement, I've made an effort to replace, "I will try" with "I will do my best." It's a great way to improve one's mindset.

I remembered my high school teacher told me to always do my best whenever I feel like I'm behind the class. After 3 years, I finished high school on top of the class. This is definitely true.

These are really the key teachings I need in the time I felt anxiety about a challenge offered to us by constantly thinking about opinions described by my rivals about it. Thank you!
This book helped me during an axiety crisis situation, and the mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. Both books together worked well for me.

I just bought the book while on vacation, and it's a great read. Funny seeing a video about it for the first time one week after I bought it.
Doing our best creates an environment where we will never tell excuses.
Well said. I would like to expound upon one of your talking points concerning the four agreements. For me, always doing my best encompasses the other agreements and everything else I do or can do within my own circle of influence, which also includes the mundane things like taking out the trash.

yes I agree that you don't have to take it personally but this is not the main problem, the problem is that if you don't take it personally you will receive more from other people as well If you don't show them what is to be like you, they will not understand and think that it is fun to do it

Recognize that what they are saying has absolutely nothing to do with you and absolutely everything to do with them. Try to understand their perspective and maintain a calm, even voice. They will be surprised that you aren’t raising your voice with theirs, so they will rationalize their actions and words, and all will be productive and well. Best of luck, @hugemann4521
