That bookshop looks so heavenly! Would have been my favourite place immediately - even though I can barely read hiragana and katakana and no kanji whatsoever... :D
About the life hack, if it works, it works! last summer I bought a comfy pair of ballerinas and they hurt my ankles so much that I had to wear flipflops for a couple of days, even if I had put on some aloe vera salve band-aids special for feet. And I don't walk well with flipflops on the street, only in the house. I'm so happy that you're back!

@@AutoMeno hmmm very difficult to answer but I think it’s either tokyo or kyoto. tokyo must be the most foreigner friendly location if you don’t speak Japanese. Obviously not a lot of people speak english here 🤣 In terms of chill vibes, I must say kyoto.
