In this episode, we have found two beautiful traditional stone houses in very different conditions in two different locations. Which one would you choose?

I just started to watch your channel today. You guys are doing a wonderful job when it comes to describing the properties. I like the way you take turns describing it, but mostly, i like your voices. Both sound inviting and you (the girl dont know your name, sorry) sound like a little child) so sweet.
Regarding the first property I was just going to be sold by the vintage sewing machine Is gorgeous too bad you didn't do a close up of it, I am into vintage sewing machines! The property is beautiful and has potential for sure.

is it lime plaster or cementbased plaster? it looks like cement to me
If you refer to the first house, in Pietranico, it is cement-based plaster that was probably used to cover the stone walls in the sixties. The stone walls themselves have been built using lime plaster in between the stones. As it is an ancient house, there was not at that time what we know as modern cement. Ciao 😊

@@SayCiao Si, l'avevo visto.... just a word of advice, foreigners want to know the prices up front. From a practical standpoint, why look at a half hour of houses that you may not be able to afford? E' un altro mentalità'.
