  • How to make sweet, spicy, sticky asian-style meatballs
    Ingredient list
    400 g ground beef (half a pound)
    1,5 tbs low sodium soy sauce
    3-4 garlic cloves
    3 spring onions (save some for garnish)
    half ts black pepper
    1 ts sesame oil
    1 egg
    1 dl breadcrumbs (0,4 cup)
    For the sauce
    1 tbs gochujang
    1,5 tbs low sodium soy sauce
    3 tbs honey
    1,5 ts corn starch
    5-6 tbs water
    Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Cilantro and fresh chillies would also be great.
    You can serve with jasmin rice, egg noodles and/or some roasted veggies.
