Governor Inslee is denying on camera interviews about his faith in DCYF as overdoses cause concern at a state-run facility in Lewis County for teens and young adults. Now a state senator is renewing calls for an investigation into a youth detention center that can't keep drugs out.

WA State government corruption is a microcosm example of the entire country. Residents look forward to departure of elected officials here. Criminals rewarded, law-abiding citizens punished. Voters choose wisely.

These places stress that these kids should stay in their feelings and stay emotional instead if teaching them how to survive in the real world, they need skills to be able to develop proper coping mechanisms, they don't need to be stuck up in the same mindset the whole time they in there and they definitely don't need to be doing drugs while in custody, the person who brought in that Fentanyl should get attempted murder charges because there's no way they don't know that that can end a life!

The reason why drugs are entering this facility is MONEY. Pay employees a better wage and then screen those applicants more effectively. There is no true incentive for completely rehabilitate these children. If the inmates stop committing crimes on the outside then employees lose their jobs because they aren't needed.
Our criminal justice system is incentivizing recidivism.

New dogs, old tricks. Start investigating from the top on down while simultaneously separately investing from the bottom to the top. Then compare reports and act accordingly. Undercover is the way to go.

The staff have undercover sexual relations with residents as well. I was there I witnessed staff take advantage of almost every opportunity presented to them. DCYF employees are terrible people.
