comprendo lo de la satisfaccion, pero no se como llevarlo a cabo en mi dia a dia. tengo objetivos que cumplir y no se como se puede aplicar a esto. no se podria profundizar mas en el proceso de la satisfaccion?

It all sounds very nice, but I don't understand how that is meant to be put into action on a real life day-to-day basis. I understand the things with satisfaction and frustration, but at certain point, either that means you life the life of a hermit with a cleaning lady, or you just can't live authentically like you are suggesting ..
For example. I'm a mother and I love my children. But taking care for them everyday means I also have to cook even if that doesn't bring me satisfaction, otherwise they will starve. And no one wants to deal with hungry kids. I have to clean up and tidy up everyday otherwise we would be stepping on spilled milk all the time. I have to do laundry everyday otherwise no one will have clean clothes to wear, and I will have to deal with the accumulation of laundry at certain point which is no fun. And other things.
Yes, I love my children. But the daily tasks of caring for little ones can be very draining. At the end of the day I probably fall asleep on their bedroom's floor, cause I'm so exhausted.
So I guess I shouldn't try to get rid of my kids to get my satisfaction back. Then what? I should just accept it is not meant for me to live my full potential 🤷🏽♀️
