"This video is a fantastic blend of creativity and technology! I never knew how much innovation could come from simple machines. Can't wait to try the DIY project at home!"
Another excellent video with great project! 👍 I'm too love using floor laminate boards and scraps from them for bigger project enclosures.. Looks amazing! One idea for update for this saw - when lid is open, saw can't be turned on by accident with combination of lid microswitch and relay. When lid is closed and power is applied, relay engages, ensuring that power gets to turn on switch through NC and COM terminals.
This is absolutely fantastic, love it…love it. Wish I had the know how to make this projects, been watching how to video on mini table saws for months. Yours tops them all!!!! Love that ‘candy’ drawer with all your goodies in it…..🤓
These are the video that your community loves! Believe in me 😁. Little advice for the next video... What do you think about an upgrade of this table saw with the inclination at 45°degrees? Anyway very nice job and video as usually!
I know that my community likes these videos, the problem is that I receive very few comments and the video is not recommended to the general public. There is a lot of work to complete a project like this, but if UA-cam doesn't show it to the general public because it doesn't receive comments, it's a useless job. But I build them anyway. 😂😂
This saw is like $49 online for a good one and $100 for a professional one. Both are mini table saws but the more expensive one is able to swap blades quick and has a lot more power and measuring tools and guides and attachments. There is also a mini cordless table saw and and even smaller one that has a 2 inch blade. The others are 4 inch blades. I am ordering one with a 12 inch blade this week and one with a 4 inch blade just for fun. It is $35.
@JustRandomPH No, because the joint has the opposite thread to avoid loosening. If I turn the blade and reverse the polarity of the motor, the joint is the other way around and the ring nut unscrews as soon as the motor turns. Consequences: the blade goes straight into the eyes 😀😂
What kind of a bearing you used in this project, whether its linear motion pillow block bearing or some other kind sir? at 1.28 mins of the video the bearing is visible but not sure it is a linear motion bearing. Please clarify.
Something I dont understand... tons of videos on making various power tools using (mostly) 775 motor ... DIY projects. Even the weakest hand drill machine runs at 300W whereas a typical 775 runs between 30-40W!!! The difference is just way too drastic. And yet these little motors manage to drill holes and cut planks of wood, God knows how!
The thing is that due to high rpm of the 775 and decent torque of the motor it use by people to make drill, grinder etc and there is a very important thing to know that 775 is a permanent magnet DC motor which is more efficient than those universal motor in those commercial drill. With the help of gear reduction we can get high torque from these types of DC motor. One more thing brother original 775 run at 100 to 150 watt and some 775 which specifically made for cordless power tool which can be some time under load run at whopping 400 watt or more
can you point out where the danger is ? im new to this, so when i saw this video i dont understand where the danger is, all i see that this is a table saw, quite mini and most of all, its cheap when i list the component needed to buy

Which motor and how much voltage ?
Nice work 👏
Congratulations Daniel!
Another wonderful project, very meticulously done.
For powering the geared motor, did you use a DC Step-Down module?
I LIKE IT.
Una maravilla
Cool gadget sir

Ý tưởng rất hay.
Great stuff. What about an angle ruler, for precise angle cutting. Just an idea, can be fixed with a sticker I guess.
Cool!!!
great😍
LOVE THE VIDIEO Where did you find the "holding jig aka helping hands " really like those
Muito bom, montagem perfeita.
Good❤
Ottimo.
Kid1: My dad just made MINI table saw
Kid2: it's called MINI maybe because it's for us! 😃
Kid3: Yeah! come on let's play it! 😃
For 10 years I as a carpenter about 50 years ago. I never saw anyone pull material through a table saw. Is that some kind of new technique?
What is the wattage of the dc motor? thanks.

Nice work. Is it for left handed?
Thanks, No, I started the project backwards, but you can use it even if you're right-handed 😂
@@DanieleTartaglia ooh. Then maybe you can reverse the polarity and the blade. I really like how clean and precise the end result is.
@JustRandomPH No, because the joint has the opposite thread to avoid loosening. If I turn the blade and reverse the polarity of the motor, the joint is the other way around and the ring nut unscrews as soon as the motor turns. Consequences: the blade goes straight into the eyes 😀😂
@@DanieleTartaglia aw. Well, it's still working and looking cool so I guess it's fine. Haha

Please give details about the items and making the saw
Top markotop
perfect
kodama king respect...
I whant one like this
Name of green blade? Pls respond
This device needs a cool pushstick. Make it!
Next update, thanks 😀👍
Grande Daniele.
you're right, in fact I started making these projects.😜👍
How thick can this saw cut density board?
Quality work, but the sawdust just can fly into the motor?
No, it has a ventilation system that doesn't let it in. the vacuum cleaner is strong and does not let it settle inside
❤❤❤
Hahaha I love the warning says “Do not build this item” right after “How to build”
You're right, I forgot to edit with: how I built it" 😂😂😂😂

Not seeing any danger in your project, other than something that an idiot would have difficulty with with just about any power tool. Nice job.
Is Motor 775 24v 288w?
775 24v 150W
Please diy Can you make Vividstorm Motorized ALR Curtains?
Niceeeee@!!!
can you point out where the danger is ?
im new to this, so when i saw this video i dont understand where the danger is, all i see that this is a table saw, quite mini and most of all, its cheap when i list the component needed to buy
You should push the object, not pull for cut.
Reverse the polarity of the motor
