Plyo boxes near the side for heavy dumbbells

If you have the room that’s a good idea cause the bench plus two plyo boxes will eat up a lot of space in a garage

For my garage gym, would you recommend the Syedee Seal Row Bench or the Syedee Chest Supported T-bar Row?

Do you have a bar that has a camber or a way to make a regular bar work for seal rows so you don’t hit the bottom of the bench?
If you don’t then the t-bar row will work but it takes up more space than the seal row bench

I don't know why they did not include a cut out space on the bench for your face to breathe.

No I’ll be getting their newest compact version. This one works great but takes up a lot of space. Their new compact bench sets up with bent knees so it takes up less space

It's nice but not necessarily home gym friendly because to the large footprint.

Nice review. Just way too big. I've seen some nice setups placing bench pad across safety arms

Yeah it is big. This same company came out with a compact version that is much better for a home gym.
