Muffa Muffa Muffaletta! Monster sandwich

How to assemble your muffaletta.
You’ll need:
Round bread, about 2” high and 9” across. You may need to make it.
Olive salad ( Walmart )
Assorted Italian & regular deli meats, salamis, ham, prosciutto, mortadella, pepperoni, coppacolla .
Assorted cheeses, plain Provalone, smoked provolone, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, Munster , pepper jack, Swiss cheese.
Optional items:
Onion slices
Pickled pepper slices
Slice bread in half and make a pocket for the olive salad. See video showing how I do it.
Fill the pocket with the olive salad.
Begin layering the meats, cheeses, pickled peppers and onions.
Drizzle a bit of olive oil on the top piece of bread.
Slice into single servings. Store slices in an airtight container.
