We, the people of tamil nadu and our government have no conscious of cleanliness to keep our places and our surrounding clean and tidy, but,we advertise about the cleanliness all over the places where at the same places we have the right to urinate and throw the dusts as we likes, THIS IS OUR HABIT,BUT AS A SINGLE CITIZEN I FEEL VERY SAD AND SHAMEFUL TO SAY THIS.
Reason why people use disposable paper/plastic cups in India is cos you can't be sure of hygine. Of course it is a shame that they don't dispose it properly. For more authentic taste/hygine look for mom and pop shops (which are mostly shacks). Also more economical. Cheers!
Rather risk getting a bug than destroy the country though! We love little shacks we try eat in them mostly but then everyone comments negatively saying it's poor people food aha
You know in India everyone likes to keep their houses clean and full neat and tidy but no one gives a s#it to the country and as a result we see this. (◞‸◟)
When you are in kanyakumari you guys have to try poli, fish (but not from the actual kanyakumari spot), their food which is totally different from madurai food, yeah marchini kizhangu (tapioca), puttu and stuff like that. Also you guys should go to other beaches in kanyakumari which are absolutely beautiful like the small ones , being an indian even i hate the maintenance of kk beach . There are forts, palaces and waterfalls there too which are absolutely beautiful.
The municipality doesn't provide trash receptacles at regular points is a reason for trash. They haven't realized it thus far. I don't know when they will. Same in Marina beach in Chennai.
It looks like you've had enough of India. I really appreciate your honesty, which is why yours is the only travel channel I've subscribed to. Anyway, how would you compare India to the Philippines (or Indonesia)? I've watched both the entire Philippine series and the India series. The streets in the Philippines appear cleaner, but I'm not sure if the food is worse compared to India
The Philippines is unbearable honestly you couldn't pay me to go back. People's self respect is so low it's horrid. It's probably just as bad for litter BUT the oceans rivers lakes in the Philippines are the worst I've ever seen, think black and smells that make you feel physically sick. Hell on earth I call it aha people aren't even nice if you don't have the camera too In India it may be dirty and chaotic in places but most of the people are genuinely good respectful kind people who make your trip memorable and the food is very very good.
@@EllisWR you legend with this reply Ellis! Yeah, I totally agree with you. It's quite surprising to hear about the state of the oceans rivers and lakes in the Philippines. I've heard similar things from others as well. On the other hand, India might have its chaos, but the warmth of its people and the delicious food definitely make up for it. It's all about the experiences and the people you meet along the way
It is not easy for the govt to clean the area as the next day it will look the same ! We need to educate children from schoola and bring up our kids to have healthy and clean habits and discourage from littering around ! ❤
hi ellis, your thumbnail and videos can be edited better and can be improved, do you need help in editing? your videos are actually fun to watch, just subscribed your channel.
You guys are amazing. Normally we see vloggers from other countries come to India just to show the good side even though they know there's this underdeveloped dirty place almost everywhere. They hide such things to either make their content positive or to get subs. They make it like a movie. And I prefer this raw content that showcases the actual India and you are among the few. Also they don't go to the local areas and eat from a local shop. Of course this is to avoid diarrhoea or something but to see you guys explore all the places in a not so touristic way is very unique and special. Also you guys love eating the extreme over the top spiced up Indian food which I don't think is common in any part of the UK. In conclusion, I want to say to you guys to keep making more of it. Continue this genuineness. And please visit Kerala. 🙏 Edit: Okay, I just saw your recent video. You guys are already in Kerala. 😂 Waiting for the upcoming videos.
The name of the snacks you asked to them is MURUKKU. which is made up of by the combination of rice flour and black gram flour by the way of mixing with one another and then water has been added to them .then they should be kneaded well until get necessory condition to be twisted. and the people take it on the hand and then such a mixed flour is twistedwith everyfingers for making into a round and twisted form. Then oil of ground nut or ,oil of coconut ,or any othe oil includingfarmoil Should be boiled with the help of oven . Then the twisted round form which has been already made should be placed inside the oil one by one and after that boiled they should be taken out by any instruments usedforthem . How dare the North Indian restaurant owners alowed to have ONLY in Hindi or Punjabi writing in our Thamizhnadu? Thamizh MUST be Prominent and BIGGER than other language words in our Thamizhnadu like English is prominent and bigger in England.

How long you guys staying India 🇮🇳
1 month!
Pure vlogging .. ❤
❤️
Great experience... your videos are raw and real contents like Bald and Bankrupt , backpackerkumar(Tamilnadu travell vollger). thanks
really appreciate it thanks alot!
I’m crying as Leesh was explaining what she thought of the place. I said at the same time as you Ellis Blackpool but probably with better food and nicer weather 😂
In real life things are alot worse than I can show aha but yeah that's a fair summary!!
Thank you so much for visiting our KANYAKUMARI ❤. I feel bad for your bad experience on cleanliness. After all more then 50000 people visit the place on daily basis. People from the place is very welcoming and love to see foreigners coming to our land of ocean. In future we will try our level best for the cleanliness. Thank you
People come and trash the place sadly! :( Beautiful otherwise!!
This is mostly done by tourist people from our North.
Seems like you are on budget trip and looks like you are just doing great with that.
On a normal trip, we're just everyday people.
Good upload man! Nice looking lace with the architecture and coloured buildings. It is definitely a shame about all that rubbish though
Always watching more video or vlog be safe guys🇵🇭
Legend thanks so much
Please tell me that i haven't watched vlog that is a movie length and yet it is soo good to watch. I came here directly from your other previous vlogs which amazing by the way.❤ Keep up your good work dude @elliswr
ahah that means a lot to us thankyou soo much 💙
Pls visit kutralam..there so many falls .. tiger falls , five falls , old falls , main falls .. famous for banana chips .. and dry fruits and hills fruits.. kanyakumari to kutralam around 120km
Welcome to our kanyakumari
We, the people of tamil nadu and our government have no conscious of cleanliness to keep our places and our surrounding clean and tidy, but,we advertise about the cleanliness all over the places where at the same places we have the right to urinate and throw the dusts as we likes,
THIS IS OUR HABIT,BUT AS A SINGLE CITIZEN I FEEL VERY SAD AND SHAMEFUL TO SAY THIS.
Everything is fresh 🐠🐋🐟🐠🐋🐟🐠🐋🐟
Reason why people use disposable paper/plastic cups in India is cos you can't be sure of hygine. Of course it is a shame that they don't dispose it properly. For more authentic taste/hygine look for mom and pop shops (which are mostly shacks). Also more economical. Cheers!
Rather risk getting a bug than destroy the country though! We love little shacks we try eat in them mostly but then everyone comments negatively saying it's poor people food aha
You know in India everyone likes to keep their houses clean and full neat and tidy but no one gives a s#it to the country and as a result we see this. (◞‸◟)
Very sad
Why don't you try trichy and thanjavur??
Don't want to rush around visiting 10 places were relaxing
Welcome. Thanks For Very Nice Video.
Hell on earth I call it aha people aren't even nice if you don't have the camera too
In India it may be dirty and chaotic in places but most of the people are genuinely good respectful kind people who make your trip memorable and the food is very very good.
Yeah need a combination of everything 🙏 but the dirtiness is on another level here it's sad
hi ellis, your thumbnail and videos can be edited better and can be improved, do you need help in editing?
your videos are actually fun to watch, just subscribed your channel.
No don't worry I like basic 🙏
Edit: Okay, I just saw your recent video. You guys are already in Kerala. 😂 Waiting for the upcoming videos.
The name of the snacks you asked to them is MURUKKU.
which is made up of by the combination of rice flour and
black gram flour by the way
of mixing with one another and
then water has been added to them .then they should be kneaded well until get necessory condition to be twisted.
and the people take it on the hand and then such a mixed flour is twistedwith everyfingers for making into a round and twisted form.
Then oil of ground nut or ,oil of coconut ,or any othe oil includingfarmoil
Should be boiled with the help of oven .
Then the twisted round form
which has been already made
should be placed inside the oil
one by one
and after that boiled they should be taken out by any instruments usedforthem .
That is called as MURUKKU.
Thanks for explaining!!
I will tag your pinned comment to our Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and request him to make clean the place as soon as possible. Thank you Ellis.
That would be wonderful 🙏🙏🙏
Why can't you pin this to Gujarati Chai wala

How dare the North Indian restaurant owners alowed to have ONLY in Hindi or Punjabi writing in our Thamizhnadu?
Thamizh MUST be Prominent and BIGGER than other language words in our Thamizhnadu like English is prominent and bigger in England.
Totally agree with you , it's embarrassing to see how we trash the beaches and streets in India. If kept clean it could be better than Bali ,Thailand, Maldives even Hawaii but yeah..
Yeah hopefully one day people realise
When I asked for a coffee in India I get Nescafe packets and some hot water(yuck). It is so hard to find coffee in India. Although there are some actual coffee shops like Blue Tokai around Delhi, yum.
Yeah the coffee ain't the best atall, probably the worst in Asia like. Not been a proper coffee shop yet!
Don't forget to visit St Thomas built church in India, the first constructed church of India.
Oldest church.
It is believed by the Christian communities in Kerala that the historic Thiruvithamcode Arappally, also called Amalagiri church as named by the Chera King Uthiyan Cheralathan, was built by St. Thomas, known as the Apostle of India, in 63 AD
I like your tamil speak, saarpath and kooli soda, enjoy brother and sister here.
I remember those small sweet bananas from Sri Lanka, the best. Good day of eating snacks and your meal looked nice. Busy place.
Shame about the rubbish. Brave of you to be near that pile with the rats and sewage pipe Ellis. Stay well E&A.
Everywhere in town was like that Carol its hard to see, had to stop filming lots cos I was just losing it! Sri lanka sounds lovely
@EllisWR Sri Lanka is a beautiful island. My maternal grandad was from India, and it is the closest we've got to experience his world.

Aha you could come out of retirement
😂😂 no sorry mate ,, that’s such a stupid title I’ve given my self ,, I’m a retired lorry driver of 46 years who loves to paint ,, I’ve done it all my life in what little spare time I had , but now I’m retired I love to get out and paint as often as I can , I do also paint lots indoors ,, it would be disingenuous of me to call myself a retired artist as A. I have no formal training ,, and B. The stuff I produce 😂 I just love doing it ,, enjoy your trips 🙏🙏
Welcome to Coimbatore ❤
Thank you... honesty

Nice, also visit rameswaram & velankanni not so far from kanyakumari.👍
Explore thanjavur and trichy. Chula empire temples and historical place is there. Also you can taste parota in Shanti parota hotel.
Welcome to our Kanyakumari Brother...
Obviously, the Collector of Kanyakumari is in deep slumber & isn't bother to have a litter free zone in a tourist destination.
It's very sad because it ruins a nice tourist destination
