i know russia was war monger
being indian we indirectly stand with russia we stood neutral in un council and purchased oil and kept trading with russia
india did not stand with russia bcz russia started war we did not stand with ukraine bcz ukraine had become usa allie and we indians are not anti usa but we are also not anti russia we only anti china
india stood with russia bcz once ussr saved india from usa and nato forces but ussr ideology was in russsia so with stood with russia we use russian veto power has indian veto power
has indian we dont like too see ussr parts fight against each other
its all usa strategies think if there was no nato there would be no tension between russia and ukraine

Do you support these western wars? Do you support the corrupt installed regime in Ukraine? Do you buy into all the Russia-phobia and propaganda against Russia? War is lost. War is between USA and Russia. Ukraina is only territory and people are deceived by USA amd NATO. Putin told in 2008, no way for weapons of USA to Ukraine. Nobody listeded. So now you have situation thanks to Zelensky and Biden. 3 -4 trillions lost, USA has no money to support Taiwan, Israel, which is priority, Ukraine is at the end. German economy, UK economy at collaps, because USA blasted NOPRD STREAM and Germans do not have gas for industry, no gas, means domino effect in EU, so nobody will support Ukraine, nor USA, nor UK, nor Germany, because industry will not work with expensive coal power plants. So what will you do next ? Who will suport Ukraine ? China ? Brasil ? BRICS ? WHo ?

Good video Taya. I wish the subject matter was for something more pleasant, but this is the reality. 100% accurate information thank you! My girlfriend is coming to me from Ukraine this spring. We have been together for over a year now. I've listened to her stories, and they are just heartbreaking! The war infuriates me. Good will prevail!
I hope to someday come to Ukraine and discover the Carpathian Mountains. I am fascinated with Ukraine and have fallen in love with the country almost as much as my girl! We intend to marry and start a new life together.
I will always support Ukraine the best I can. I will donate to your fundraiser! :-) ❤

1:56 No, you are wrong. Yanukovych at that time was neutral he said that he would think again the cooperarion with the EU because the EU didn't offer Ukraine cash/money that Ukraine needed to handle its economic crisis, while the Russians offered Ukraine, if I am not mistaken, $15 billion for the economic recovery program. At that time Ukraine needed money so badly but the EU offered nothing,
Moreover, from the economic point of view it's difficult for Ukraine to completely cut ties with Russia, as required by the EU if Ukraine were to join the Union, because Russia was the laergest trading partner of Ukraine at that time. Ukraine was dependent on Russian gas, while majority of Ukrainian export was to Russia.
Had Ukraine joined the EU at that time, the Ukrainian economy would have collapsed. The main driver of the economy in the East, manufacture, would not be able to sell their products to Russia anymore. Hence, the manufactuting industry would collapse and unemployment rate would rise sigjificantly, while at the same time Russia could increase the price of gas to Ukraine as a retalatory action, that could exacerbate the economic situation.
That is why you should live peacefully with your neighbors.and either you want it or not, Russia is your neighbor. And that is exactly what Yanukovych did in 2013/2014, he played both sides and he chose the best available option for Ukraine.
Furthermore, if you really want to learn about the situation in 2014, you should study about what the Russians did offer? The Russians suggested that both The EU and Russia could join together to help Ukraine but the EU refused. And then suddenly the 2014 US backed coup happened.

      @Scrat335 8 місяців тому

All correct. Too add. The EU and the West had one goal. To rip Ukraine away from Russia, to sever all ties with it. This would essentially enslave Ukraine to the EU and impoverish Ukraine. In my opinion anyway.

    • @WarsOfate
      @WarsOfate 8 місяців тому +5

Exactly. Joining N4T0 was/is the red-line for russia & Z just went for it.
If Ukraine thinks that joining western side can make it prosper, it didn't have to join N4T0. It can simply join EU.
Considering that it's EXPANDING "defense" alliance (why would it expands unless it still considers russia as the enemy?), it's good & profitable for people who get sum sum in it.
The common people, however, have to live with Z decision until today & how long in the future.
With that said, all of this misfortune could be ended back then in March 2022..... if Z didn't follow BoJo words.....

You have a very disturbed view of what happened. Here are the facts you cannot discuss away: 1. Russia was meddling in the former soviet countries and destabilising them since 2004. 2. Russia is a fascist dictatorship with revanchist tendencies that occupies land, stolen from Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Chechnya, and to be honest, Siberia, Mongolia, China, and Japan. 3. It is always the same process, invasion, occupation, genocide, and Russification. 4. This is the same what Russia did in all the Asian parts of today's RF, in Finland, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, etc. 5. NATO is the only chance for Russia's European neighbours to protect themselves from Russian intervention, often weaponising murder, rape and cultural theft. 6. This is not the “fate” of Russia, it's the will of the fascist dictator, just like the genocides and gulags in the 50s where the will of the back then communist dictator.

Modern day Kyiv (as a geographically located major city), has probably shifted around in it's precise location over the past 1,000+ years? And Kyiv, as an administrative Capital city, has probably not fully existed in such capacity for that long a period in history (e.g., 1,500 yrs) ...
But your overall point is fair in it's more general context, that the administrative importance of the regional area of modern day Kyiv goes back far before any Muscovy Rus imperial controls or agency over modern day area of most of sovereign Ukraine at least, ever existed.
It was arguably the Genghis Khan mongol imperialist drive west to as far as Caspian region by the 1220's , which sparked a launch pad for further, even more aggressive expansionist pushes farther west, as far as Hungary, literally decimating the early day developing formation of an actual 'Ukrainian nation' thereafter.
Whereas, Muscovy Rus was largely sidestepped by the early Mongol Horde conquests and thus Muscovy was able to incubate and become the next dominant imperial force to expand it's control over the southern regions including modern day sovereign Ukraine.
edit: Peace and prosperity to all ✌🌐🔛

Past-era Imperial Rus and then Soviet Union constructs were of course part of the evolutionary course of events, while the distinct Ukrainian nation (even without formal borders itself) was forming independently as well, in parallel.
True, national borders of nation states have always been either arbitrarily or unilaterally formed throughout history and are often a point of dispute. But the key relevant issue here is that modern day Ukrainian state borders, even while being arbitrarily established as they were by the former colonial rule (i.e., Soviet Union) following the Great Molotov-Ribbentrop War era, are still legally viable and recognized under International Law, as is the sovereignty granted to the Independent Ukrainian nation state and recognized as of 1991.
And that's the whole point. One can't legally go back into time and unilaterally rewrite history in order to artificially reset one's perceived own modern day colonial/ imperial rule over certain territories and borders. What is existing and recognized today as sovereign and independent is the rule of International Law and protected as such and any disputed territorial integrity and sovereignty therefore should be settled peacefully under workings of internationally legal proceedings, not by threat of cannons if one side does not yield to the imperial dictates of another! Peace

"Borsht has been stolen by Russia, it's not Russian, it's not Polish" ... Taisia, I won't discuss the Russian part, as they are specialist in stealing absolutely anything.
However the thing is ... in Europe, everything is mixed because borders have moved a lot. There are not that many plates of which you can tell "it is 100% Polish, Ukrainian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or whatever". For instance, "gruyère" is a Swiss cheese, which French people also regard as theirs. "French fries" come from Belgium, "chorizo" is Spanish but has its equivalent in Portugal called "chouriço", Tokaj is mostly Hungarian, but Slovaks also regard them as their wine (a tiny part of the Tokaj wine region is on Slovak soil), etc.
Borsht (known as "barszcz" in Poland, sometimes called "barszcz ukraiński") is also viewed as a Polish dish. Just as "chłodnik" or "chłodnik litewski" is called "šaltibarščiai" in Lithuanian, "халаднік" in Belarusian, "холодник" in Ukrainian, "aukstā zupa" in Latvian ... Those thing we have in common are relics of the great Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
Let's celebrate what we have in common. Let's not divide ourselves over such small things because that is exactly what RuZZia wants.
Belarus? Belarusians' tragedy is that they do not have the mental strength to resist RuZZian cultural colonization... they are letting their beautiful national language die out ... And still want to speak Russian even now!!! :'( They are literally becoming "Byelorussia" again. :(
If Poles or Lithuanians had the same approach, their languages would have been dead already in the 19th century ...
P.S.: your Instagram link is wrong ;)

Hi Taya! Thank you for this video. I want to clarify one point that I wish you had clarified yourself, foreign aid to Ukraine. Speaking particularly of the US, probably 99% of those aid packages ARE NOT MONEY, sometimes money is sent, but the dollar amount is really, and misleadingly, in arms, equipment, ammunition, etc. Proportionately, the US have given far less than many other countries. 10 million from a country like France is like One Billion from the US, as a very rough comparison.
Taya, your comparison to Belarus' was perfect, I used to work with a Belarusian and she explained how things were and what the problem is.
Lastly, thank you for the endorsement of "Winter on Fire", I'll warch it as soon as I can, the entire situation has been so propagandized that it was hard to tell fact from fiction.

The catastrophe in Ukraine demonstrates the power of an idea to do harm. The idea, in this case, is nationalism -- the same idea that led to the loss of 20 million lives in 1914-1918. Prior to 2014, Russia and Ukraine were at peace. In 1991, the Ukraine S.S.R. was powerful and prosperous, with a population of 51 million and growing. Its high standard of living was possible because of its friendly relation with its main trading partner, Russia. As soon as the Soviet Union dissolved, extreme nationalists, with U.S. backing, set out to destroy this good relationship. The U.S. spent $5 billion on an effort to convince Ukrainians that the "Ukrainian Nation" could achieve what Hitler had failed to achieve: the defeat and destruction of Russia. In 2014, after months of rioting, the nationalists managed to seize control of the government. Two months later, they sent tanks, artillery and warplanes 300 miles to the east, and launched a war against the people of the Donbass. Bombs and shells rained down on Donbass cities on a daily basis, killing innocent men, women, and children. The nationalists paid for this war of terror by borrowing tens of billions of dollars from the I.M.F.. Under their reign, the GDP PPP for Ukraine fell to the level of Guatemala's.
We're supposed to pretend that none of this happened -- that Putin woke up one morning and decided that it would be fun to kill a million Ukrainians, whatever the cost to Russia. But it did happen, and there are still plenty of videos that show it, despite the efforts of censors to erase history. Nationalism, like tribalism, is extremely divisive. It's a huge poisonous step backwards. It is the reason why Ukraine failed to prosper after 1991, and the relentless shelling by the nationalists, with a 40-fold escalation in Feb 2022, is what finally forced Russia to intervene. Videos that promote nationalism are, in effect, promoting national suicide. What we need are videos that promote peace, by exposing the root of the conflict between Russia and the U.S. Empire.

China ? Brasil ? BRICS ? WHo ?
