Bryant Ni Milk or any liquid doesn't help at all, it makes everything worse because you blend the capsaicin even more which again creates a bigger chemical reaction in the mouth... What I have learned from a scientist is that the only one of very few things that can actually stop the capsaicin from burning is full-fat yogurt...

Any hot sauce challenge is weak. You can't compare it to eating a fresh pepper. For example, eating something that's labeled Habanero is nothing compared to actually eating a fresh one. Let me put it into a better perspective. Ghost pepper is much hotter than a Habanero, but eating a fresh habanero is waaaaaaay hotter than eating some brand food that's labeled with ghost pepper (i'm looking at you Taco Bell). Challenges like these are for kids.
