Thank you so much for being so honest and open/straightforward with revealing your weight in this video .I know how vulnerable the topic can be especially for women.And the point you make about genetics is so important regarding how our weight is distributed differently among every one.This is what most people seem to forget to mention some one with you same height and weight may have more of an apple shape or be bigger on top and have narrower hips than you.Most of the UA-camrs that do these 30 day challenges don’t set certain specific before and after goals for any challenge and you were very upfront and visual for this one.Do you prefer walking on the treadmill or outside??Which one burns more calories for you and is one harder or easier than the other??
Thank you so much! I used to be super ashamed of my weight bc I wasn't 120 lbs like all my friends, but it doesn't bother me now and I understand that's how I'm built!! I've learned to embrace it :) I prefer outside bc I love to take my dog with me and feel guilty if I walk on the treadmill without him lol, I think it can be more challenging on the treadmill though because you can adjust the incline/speed more easily!

today is the day ive been walking for 3 wks i feel heaps better sleep better and my weight is dropping yehhhaaaa this doctor said walking is as good as going to the gym so sweetie im gonna keep going til i reach my goal weight good luck to you too God bless 😊
you go girl! 🤩 sounds like we're on the same fitness journey, i'm also working with a trainer trying to gain more muscle + change up my fat to muscle ratio. walking is so good for you and refreshing for your mind, i need to add more walks in before the summers over!
🤍🤍 We have a dog park at my apartment that I take him too everyday to run as much as he wants! Also would give him at least a 15 minute walk in the mornings :)
