Josh YOU DID NOTHING WRONG!!!! The "customer" did everything wrong that made it a crazy job for you. You did not embarrass yourself in the least. Had these "people" had the decency to fulfill their contract you wouldn't have had to go thru the ridiculous obstacles THEY CREATED in making a home out of a storage shed and camper. You have MADDDDD skills my man!! Huge respect for all you do with grace, kindness and integrity.

I am a mechanic for construction equipment, one of the biggest things that is overlooked especially on small track equipment is track tension. Operators should be checking it every day but usually don't.

Well done. Working through problems is a big part of the job.
It occurs to me that a lot of grief could be avoided if these sheds were not sold on a 'rent to buy' basis. If you can't come up with the money to buy one of these things, do without. Save your money until you can afford it. Offering these on time payments is asking for trouble.

Just like a Snow machine with the rubber tracks .Can I ask do you use slip plate graphite on your tracks on your trailer it makes it slippery . I thought of it after I saw you spray your bed after the skids on the shed would not slide .. My son owns a towing company in NJ and puts it on his flatbed tow trucks . I use it on the underside of my ride on cub cadet lawn mowers to keep grass from sticking to the underside of my mower decks . Saves work for me

Thank you for explaining how the wheels, tread, drive wheel, emergency button work on the Mule when the tread falls off if the surface is terribly uneven which you encountered. No need to be embarrassed, it would have happened regardless of anyone driving the Mule. Everything appeared clear, but really had obstructions and hazards to be avoided. I appreciate your skill. Shame customer made a doorway in the back of the shed which made the shed end weak. WD40 is an essential, a big help.

If you ever need to lube something so it will slide, use liquid dish washing soap instead of WD40. WD40 is not a lubricant (oil) it is a bunch of chemicals to penetrate rust. It only makes something slippery while it wet. Plus, dish washing liquid is less expensive.
