- So in this brief video I'm going to quickly go over where most of the operator level checks are on the machine and what you should be looking at before your shift. This is a bare minimum "pull the stick, check coolant level and make sure you got hydraulic oil" kinda thing not a step by step in detail pre shift inspection so keep that in mind for the comments :)
Thank you for sharing!
This kind of videos It's very useful for people like me, I'm not a operator IRL but I like know where is the swicht gear and so.
Quick question, In the last video, I can see a excavator, I think is a cat too but I don't know what model, can you make another video like this?
Thanks for your videos and replys!
Hey thanks for the feedback! Yes the excavator on the property is a CAT 345c. Unfortunately the excavator is out of my scope of expertise, so I don't think I'm the right guy to give you a quality walkaround. I've had years in the seat of a frontend loader and dozer but just a months worth of time in the excavator, always wanted to learn and become more proficient with that piece of equipment but its never came to fruition. We have a Kamatsu 500 and a CAT 980H that I would be happy to show you guys if there's interest.
Nice Videos 👍🏼 i like it. Go on👍🏼
Thank you, means a lot coming from another operator!
@@Krutan_the_Loader_Man good Job 👍🏼✌🏼
Did you know there is a switch by the steps that can open the door. It’s in the same side door to raise the hood. It’s on the far left. The 982 I operate has it
@@Nobody1752 no I didn’t but that’s awesome I’ll have to check that out next time I get around a 972!
I run a 972M as well
I been running equipment at the quarry for a long time .
And I really like the 972M
My has the auto grease .
I seen grease lines on yours
Where is your tub located.
Mine is on my left rear fender
In front of the hyd site gauge.
Just wondering
You don't look to busy in some of your videos.
That's cool I average 125/150 trucks a day not every day but in the summer time we do more
The only time I stop is too pee.
I enjoy your videos and thank you for sharing and I hope to see some new ones and hope we talk more in the future.
Be careful ole bud
Most of these videos were shot on Fridays after the mining crew went home. We run about 350-400 tons per hour plus loading out trucks at 1000 tons per day it'll keep you busy enough.
That grease tank on the right rear finder area they sure are nice to have.
Do a video showing how to build a ramp. I’m 2 years into operating these front end loaders and I’m having to build ramps to stockpile I just want a good example of you can
Right now we're in the off season we haven't been mining since early October, so I don't have any material being produced to make a new ramp. However on Monday I'll make a video and show the final results of the season and give you some tips on ramping look for it on Tuesday or Wednesday.
