    Multiply that setup by about 40x and that’s what I do too. I fill huge silos and charge 8 ingredients. I have two screens a shaker and a crusher too. It’s a lot sometimes. When things work properly it’s gravy but about once a month she acts up and I spend 12 hours covered in some kind of dust. 😂

      He’s lucky that his 950 isn’t running the X Mine D2 Pro tires like mine has. The tires on my loader are super thick rubber because I work in red hot material. Thats a rough ride. 😂

    you loaded like that because somewhere sometime you were taught that that's the correct way. you want to put the load over the axles first to make sure that the weight is over the axles. If there is access or more stuff to fill in the truck, that can go towards the front or towards the actual tractor. I realize you know exactly what you're doing!!👍🏻👍🏻😂. I was just taught that little tip the other day so it's fresh in my mind. as opposed to the center of gravity of a trailer, when loading the dump truck or any type of long semi you want to make sure that you start with the load over the axles.

    • @SonjiWf
      @SonjiWf 5 місяців тому

      I can second this. 1st load should always be over the axle second should be towards the cab, then if more is needed should repeat to level

      I was cooking for 6 years now, currently doing heavy equipment operator training course! Spend my last week running a wheel loader and I love it! I made a ramp yesterday and was super proud of it! I climbed to a decent wage but the toxicity of the kitchen is too much. I was at peace in my cab, enjoying the view and trying to get used to the controls. I loved it! I was in the kitchen and today for brunch service, I was wishing I was in my machine!

    I ran a 950 cat for a concrete company called politte ready mix for 5 years at first I was terrible an got the brown flat work sand mixed with the black sand . An tore up some stuff with it it didn’t have brakes but I had strong enterrest in frontend loader an they could see that so they kept me so I became real good an took good care of it better than most as I hand washed it an vacuumed it out an sprayed the radiator out cause of the dust it would run hotter if I didn’t

    These loaders can tip over real easy if the operator is moving with the machine in full articulation, and loaded bucket raised high. Tap the brake and over she goes. Beginners need to know about this hazard. It happens a lot causing damage and injuries.

    Good video, I was going to show it to new operators but i can't. I am the safety director for a mid-west ready-mix company with 12 plants. Your dismount at the very end was not proper 3-point contact. facing away and jumping down is quite dangerous to the ankles and knees. that's how we get hurt here the most. and you missed the bucket with your water bottle... unacceptable😄
