Lemon Garlic Tilapia

In this video I will be showing you how to make baked tilapia !
Ingredients:
6 tilapia fillets ( 8-9 oz each)
1 cup chopped parsley
3-4 lemons
6 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black peppet
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp tropical sazon ( for color)
2 bell peppers
pinch of red pepper flakes
olive oil

Hello , I am definitely trying this tonight…looks good . My only question is how thick were those Tilapia pieces ? It really seems like a long time - 45min at 450F to cook this fish. I am worried about them being overcooked ? Please advise , thank you.
