In the offer letter (from the current organization) it was mentioned that if i am unable to serve the notice period then i can pay to company and get the relieving. In the offer letter it was also mentioned that If the exigencies of work so require, the company may not relieve earlier than the expiry of the entire period of notice. At the end I was having total 4 offer in my hand and the 1st company which gave the offer, waited for me and also increased my package. Advise: at the end everything will get sorted, before perfect time nothing will fall into place. Have trust on yourself and on almighty . Everything will be sorted out ❤️

You should ask them why they have not confirmed you after completing probation period and demand all benefit applicable to confirmed employee. I suggest you complete the notice period and handover your duties to new replacement and then leave the company. If you do this you have good chance to claim all benefits applicable to confirmed employee.

Facts not clear need to check your contract and other clauses carefully. Though either you pay the amount of notice period or work through the notice period and get relieving letter. If the company doesn't agree to any arrangement write email to HR and if things don't work give legal notice. Keep your HR in cc, ask for the notice period buyout amount and if u have already added HR so please give them a reminder and ask them to accept the offer and still if they dont provide then do submit your laptop or equipments in your organization to IT and take the acceptance and if u are having offer ltter for next company so plz tell thm that u r nt servicing the complete notice period so only u can provide offer lttr last 3 mnths salry slips etc.

Clauses in offer letter and joining letter need to be seen with respect to notice period for better understanding of your situation. You can definitely ask though apart from legal nity grities and our personal career goals we should always bear in mind the situation of organisation too. If you think that after you leave there might not be immediate loss to company due to non availability of alternative resource then you may switch but if you know that company has no immediate replacement for your position then you should prioritise organisation before a better job prospect which someone else is offering. We should prioritise win win choice in such matters.

I have got incorrect release date mentioned on the Released letter, now the company is changed, and they are not correcting the date , which is creating a dual Employment on my file for 7 day's, New company is not accepting the same.
I tried to contact the previous organization, and they don't have My Data as it's over 10yrs .
What can I do ?
Write email to previous company and ask for rectification if they don't have data or not responding ask them to give their response in writing. Show their response to the new company and tell them l am telling you true facts and also ready to give additional Affidavit if the company wants additional safety.

Facts not clear need to check your contract and other clauses carefully. Though either you pay the amount of notice period or work through the notice period and get relieving letter. If the company doesn't agree to any arrangement write email to HR and if things don't work give legal notice. Write to your HR for releasing your dues and relieving letter. If they reject give them legal Notice.

I gave the resignation but they didn't accepted my resignation nor they agree to give me the relieving documents and also they gave me the half salary of previous month and they want me to work the whole notice period without pay and than also they will not provide me the paper so i left the company by giving the handover to the manager and they also agree.

If you have worked in the Notice period you must be having proof of work so you can submit that to company and request for relieving letter and dues, if company doesn't agree you may send legal Notice.

If you dont want to serve the Notice Period then it is recommended that you pay the company one month salary of the notice period irrespective of such clause being there or not and cooperate with company with regards to information and smooth handover to new resource.

Write an email to the HR and immediate Boss requesting them to clear your pending dues if any and a relieving letter. If they don't respond then send them a Legal Notice.

Keep your HR in cc, ask for the notice period buyout amount and if u have already added HR so please give them a reminder and ask them to accept the offer and still if they dont provide then do submit your laptop or equipments in your organization to IT and take the acceptance and if u are having offer ltter for next company so plz tell thm that u r nt servicing the complete notice period so only u can provide offer lttr last 3 mnths salry slips etc.

Clauses in offer letter and joining letter need to be seen with respect to notice period for better understanding of your situation.
You can definitely ask though apart from legal nity grities and our personal career goals we should always bear in mind the situation of organisation too. If you think that after you leave there might not be immediate loss to company due to non availability of alternative resource then you may switch but if you know that company has no immediate replacement for your position then you should prioritise organisation before a better job prospect which someone else is offering. We should prioritise win win choice in such matters.
