Hey hi , I joined cognizant on July 2021 and it's been 1.2 years now , I am deployed to support project , when I asked manager to deploy me to development project considering my skill sets , he said he will inform me about it. But I don't think he will do it. Bro just try to be little clever , after completing 9 hours just put things aside and focus on your study. And keep checking when is your LWD and try to push your separation manager for the clearances.

It cannot be. The company cannot hold back the relieving/experience letter. There is an employee grievance portal where employees can lodge complaints against such behaviour. Beware: lodging such complaints will also hamper how you are perceived by employers in the future.

Submit a medical certificate stating that you have blood pressure and heart pain and make sure stress related to work is present on certificate and have been advised medication and rest for a week . Do this after reporting to hospital and admitting yourself for 1 to 2 days . Mail all medical details to manager and HR . Then come back after 1 week and simply work 9 to 5 . In case of pressure , repeat same medical condition and certificate . Utilize sick leaves in notice period . After that manager won't bother you else you have a strong case for 1 to 2 crore compensation .

They can't extend your Notice period. Just try to put excuses, it's for only months it will pass. Use all your sick leaves.

@@entertainmentunlimited961 Take doctor appointment for hypertension or anxiety , they will advice for rest as per condition . As per medical Prescription , u can avail medical leave

Sir I need ur opinion. I am now serving notice period in present company and I see many of employee has left the company by buying out partial notice period or waiver off notice period.So I am also confident that in my case also notice period will be waived off or I will get option to buying notice period.But now MD of the company has said that I have to served full notice period as because this is become bad practice in company to release employee early. The mistake I have done is I said that I want to left because of better opportunity instead of showing any medical ground. Now please help me how to get early release from present company?? Bro, u just try to make him agree. Work wise become a bit slow and mail him regarding your health issues daily. I think this may work.

As per rules he can't force u. But please perform ur duties properly like giving KT and all. If they don't respond properly try to reach out toh HR heads and escalate.

College will start from July. I have 3 months notice period in my company and when I asked HR if there would be early release or buyout option, she denied both. How do I proceed now as I can't take risk of resignation now without any offer in my hand. What do I do if manager doesn't agree for reducing notice period?
