Panther BBQ can also file a civil lawsuit, get money damages for the trailer. Buy a new trailer, and post online the names of the guys that stole his trailer. It’s not defamation if it’s true.
If Panther BBQ's owner doesn't have a verdict concerning his property, he wouldn't be able to legally name someone as the person who stole his pit. That would be presenting something unproven as fact. He has a right to state what he THINKS happened, though. I THINK he's 100% correct.
A civil suit perhaps ? That often happens in homicide cases where the prosecutors are reluctant to charge. Prosecutors will sometimes charge after a civil wrongful death suit.
That Daybreak Cafe owner knows when to "put up or shut up" and with the evidence firmly shouldering his way he is strategically not putting up and rather has shut up - as his law talent no doubt advised him.
Hopefully, the police will get enough and arrest the owner of the other restaurant that also owns the chop shop next door. They need to put these people in jail! If they don't get at least a few years it will send a huge message to other thieves that it is o.k. to steal from other businesses. This could have easily shut down a struggling business and cost a lot of people their jobs!
$30K and they know the van and have the driver on video doing the same thing a few months ago. But the DA does not want to bother as he might lose. Either that or it is all organized crime, and everyone’s in on it, including the DA and the individual whose trailer was taken.
Yeah, dude *def* knew the thief. Even if they didn't actively participate they allowed the stolen units to be parked in the lot next door which they also owned. It's just a tiny part of an organized operation being run by a couple of low-IQ clowns. And, of course, the owners of the units were not clever enough to buy cheap, easily concealed tracking devices. That's on them.
When I was little, I had the cops snow up at my door asking to come in. I didn't know any better and let them in. The searched my house for a stolen bike that I didn't know anything about. They of course didn't find anything but arrested me anyway. Took me to the station booked and processed me. I never even knew who my accuser was. No court hearing no nothing just a letter making me attend some class that cost 50 bucks which was a lot of money for me i never even had more than 20. It's amazing when I watch the news and how the police are letting people go with much more evidence. Crazy.
So who was the guy that was arrested for stealing the trailers? This was a pointless story. Everybody that watches this video came hear to find out WHO. They already know the 'what'.
I would hang up too if people kept calling me about I crime I didn’t want to get blamed for. Just have to find the motive now that has this person taking BBQ pits from businesses. Was a a shake down? Was it rivalry between the two businesses. Was it for hire? Was the thief trying to start his own business? Those are some question I want to know. Hopefully during the trial we can learn the answers.
A "guy" did this. The "guy" is apparently a secret suspect.
Black? Hispanic? Muslim? Transgender? The new protected classes. And no I’m not white, but I am aware.

Finally someone who knows their stuff.

It's kinda gross when you have video evidence, and they still have a hard time making a case.
Okay Sherlock. Who stole the property? Let's have his name.
@@Look_What_You_Didowner of the cafes cousin probably
“A man”…. Good reporting….
It’ll come out that they’re relatives of the DayBreak cafe.
I always thought it was a cousin or some one lol
The best Justice is Street Justice
Panther City beats that hole in the wall by a landslide. No comparison in quality food.
If they aint got hands, they can't steal again
Dirty thiefs.

of course he hung up. He was trying to still their stuff to bring business his way. Dude thought he was slick with all the chop shops around his place
Everyone should leave a bad review and zero stars

The bigger story is the owner of the Daybreak Cafe.
If you value your trailer, don’t use these cheap locks.

Give thieves a choice, tattoo thief across your forehead or lose a finger?
So are you NOT showing the suspect because it's black history month?
About time.
That lil piece of gossip at the end lol
Hanging up instead of saying no is a “yes, yes I do.” So where is this other video?

He did have a tracking device on them. How do you think he got his stuff back?
Oh it's the victims fault huh. You sound a little low iq yourself.
@@jmanrock11 The one guy did, the other guy did not.
He will in the future...

How is Mario Garcia's lawsuit against Magallanes going? Is DayBreak Cafe still operating as a "cafe?"

Name him!!! 😡
LOOKS LIKE THEY GOT BEEF 🍖😂
Cops have the ability to get the known associates of the thief for every tiny little infraction until they either confess or leave town.
People do weird things. Food looks good, but I'm over 2000 miles away.
Oh man, the shorts says it all
You waiting for the injustice system to care of business, you might as well close shop. 2A and you are the only justice.

Food fight! 💪😎✌️ Stay classy, humanity.
Usual suspects?
This looks more like a family affair of the extended family kind. 🤔
Another usual suspects.
HMMM! POLICE EMPLOYEES USE WHITE VANS!
Finally
I Blame GTA 😂
Then you'd have to blame parents for not impressing the difference in reality and fiction in their offspring.
😂 so they know who did it clearly and the restaurant who was in on it and won't do anything 😂😂😂 well im never going to this town.
I would drive through just to go eat at Panther BBQ to show support.
