Simulating the Drift Masters Poland Track with the Corvette!

In preparation for the next round of Drift Masters in Poland, we hit the skid pad to get some seat time in the Corvette! To dial in our setup and get a feel for the competition, we recreated the actual track layout we'll be driving on in Poland. This session was all about seat time and getting some behind the wheel practice. Watch as we push the limits, test the Corvette’s capabilities, and prepare for one of the biggest rounds of the season. Stay tuned for more updates as we head into the next Drift Masters event!

What about the old Volvo test track in Goderich? It's about the closest thing to Poland's layout you'll find this side of the pond, the company that owns it now has a bunch of k-rail sitting outside, but the track hasn't been used in a few years.

Tyre modelling is the number one failing point of most sim packs, even our first one. The new stuff we've been working on (which will form the basis of the VDC data for next year in a de-tuned form) should come with enough sidebite that you can generate real speeds in-sim with them. Certainly our testing on the laser-scanned tracks is giving pretty identical speeds to what's quoted in real life.
