Attempting to use logic to somehow try to define reality is such an easy trap to fall into.. at least for me it is. Indeed, true/pure/fundamental reality is awareness without applying any kind of logic through thinking (or "thinging" as I sometimes like to call it). No 'this' or 'that', just awareness.. of, in essence, 'nothing', the "pure mind". What I would say is also the 'true' meaning behind the saying "do not judge": Don't divide reality into bits and pieces (judgments / things / categories ), i.e. don't even begin to engage in these processes ultimately used to create some kind of model of fundamental reality, for it is everything but actual fund. reality.. merely an abstraction as you say. So the perceptions we come to recognize as reality as a result of the material context we are given through lucidity is not true reality? Would you then call our perceptions we witness through our own consciousness to be subjective reality?
Because reality at the ultimate highest level has no reason or cause would that then mean it is pure freedom itself? Any reason or necessary cause one proposes is just itself part of reality - there is nothing that could have made it necessary and no ultimate reasons for the reasons as there is no external influence. If something is a brute fact then must it be the case that it was not determined by anything?
Yes, fundamental reality isn’t an existential aspect, so it remains completely free of any kind of phenomenal nature. It doesn’t play by any rules. It makes all the rules. It has no determining factor because only existential aspects have determining factors, and fundamental reality itself never manifests to be subject to causality. It is the source of all cause and effect.

Awareness is reality. Subjective sense perceptions relative to consciousness are wholly dreams. Dreams are not true reality.

That’s a good place to start. Your true identity isn’t a “thing.” Work your way out from there.
