I ❤️ watching you cook and prepare meals. I am from Eastern Kentucky and our taste in food is so similar and the way we prepare our food.. with love and for our family. My mother was “the cook” in our family and kept her secret recipes “secret” and prepared all the food. She passed at 85 years old, 2 years ago. I miss her cooking and her knowledge of food. You fill that void, now that I have discovered your cooking show. Thank you Lord for Gina Young.

Hi Gina! You are my "Go To" for good cooking and recipes! I appreciate your videos. Gina, try peeling and cutting your onion in half then placing it in a bowl or container of Cold Water at the beginning of your prep. Let the onion sit for a while. NO MORE WATERY EYES❤️

I have a recipe that is very similar to yours. It calls for stew beef, cream of mushroom soup, a packet of Lipton onion soup mix, mushrooms and a little milk. Mix it all together and cook it in the crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours. I serve it over noodles, mashed potatoes or white rice, so yummy! I serve a side dish of salad or green veggies.

Hi Gina I Love this it's a childhood dish for me as well. I made it a house hole meal my children loved it. I didn't use mushrooms but I did use cream of mushroom soup.

This is just like my Beef tips and noodles that I make. I use all the ingredients you use and add burgundy wine. It’s so awesome. My husband loved it.
