I have a soft spot for Skoda - had a OCTAVIA VRS and loved every minute of it - I like the design ethic and they have come along way over the past 10 years and I would consider owning another one when I change cars next year - Congrats!😎😎
Nice new interior -- but I much prefer the old exterior, a a bit more conservative but classy. The new exterior has that slightly overdesigned blingy thing going on, for me.
I’m genuinely in two minds about the refresh , to me it looks like they have gone too far with the side line cutting glass space, but I’m glad they kept the three dials far easier to use this way , just a shame they took the dials off the radio, even been a brick I suspect 48miles ev range on a low speed run would be possible
The new one's interior becomes much more modern now (and physical console button is a plus). But the exterior just looks like any other SUV nowadays, could be called as an Enyaq brother or 'small BMW X5'/KIA/... blahblah... Not very Skodia. The first gen's look (especially the Rev. A) is really impressive, simply classic. That old one just satisfied what I imagined with the word 'SUV'.
I don't like the front headlamp clusters. For some reason these seem a bit "bloated". I very much preferred the (similar but better executed) facelifted 1st generation model with regard to this sort of detail. I simply detest the rear quarter and D-pillar. I don't like the rear lights or red plastic horizontal strip. The interior looks pretty nice. But the outside kills it for me, I'm afraid. I liked the exterior of the previous generation. The new one simply tries too hard to be different to the previous model and comes across as a bit "blingy". I think that it's very much likely to age badly in terms of style. The previous model is conservative but still looks pretty modern: being understated but really functional sort of suits it.
Was thinking about a new Kodiaq perhaps next year, but why oh why have they literally stuck a dirty great tablet on the dash ,otherwise a really nice interior ,
Sou de Portugal. O Skoda Kodiaq mais caro à venda em Portugal é o Skoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI Laurin & Klement DSG com 150cv, que custa 58 009€(I am from Portugal. The most expensive Skoda Kodiaq on sale in Portugal is the Skoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI Laurin & Klement DSG with 150 hp, which costs 58 009€)
The Skoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI Laurin & Klement DSG was already a very good engine and also very beautiful, but the new Skoda Kodiaq is much more beautiful and better engine, the only thing that is easy to notice is that the touch screen is the same as the of the Volkswagen ID.5 GTX and also the same as the BYD Tang AWD Flagship)
Considering it as my next family car. The chevy cruze is 13 years now approaching retirement 😢. Anyway, if i get it i’m thinking of covering that running backlight with a foil that matches the body color. Ugly asf
Driven one of these and they are just too big for the UK roads. Parking these in multi storey car parks at airports etc is just complete nightmare. The Karoq is a better fit. What happened to years ago when everyone bought a supermini ?

I agree but I think Ist Gen facelift kodiaq is good looking & classy than 2nd Gen kodiaq
Smart dials, a great idea, the best of both worlds!
Cool car, hate the running backlight so much it hurts
Skoda can do no wrong, love it!

I respect Skoda so much
I don´t know, who is behind those design decisions. Kind of let down compared to old version.
I think it looks a lot better. Adding some smooth lines really refreshes it. The old design looks outdated
Old one looks much better
Interior looks good but the exterior is much too fussy and bling, particularly the front grille.

The new exterior doesn’t look proportional due to the same wheelbase length. Now the front overhang is too long!
Will the PHEV offer again 7 seats?
and 4x4 please :)

Looks like someone has bumped into the side of it. I wonder if that will pop out. Another great review.
It looks like a Subaru Outback. The 1st generation looks nicer. The Interior looks good though and nicer than the VW Tiguan.

No mention of the added Subscription model additions that are being talked about on newsfeeds.
I HAVE PRE BOOKED IT😊
Wait im confused dosent the new kodiaq 2024 have a bigger screen
Interior is ok, exterior is clear step down from the very coherent designed old model...not a great job.
When it is expected to launch in India and @ what price?

Love this design!
2nd Gen kodiaq side design is not very pleasing , i didnt like the Tramission lever at Steering !
And there I was, really hoping Škoda could get us out of this overstyled car surge 🤣
Going the same way as stupid BMW with their bloated grills.
Nice car. But isn't it really just a vw seat underneath
not sure about that snout !
Picking a VW before Skoda is just madness. They are killing it. Looks great and higher quality
The three knobs look like something out of the lamborghini urus nice
I was thinking more Range Rover
Being part of the VW Audi group they have a big parts bin
Front headlights look rubbish being split like that. Rear is so so . Not for me . Rather have a 2-3 yr old Q5
Finally a PHEV with fast charging!
But looks like that with PHEV will be not available 4x4 & 7-seater version, which I personally would buy.
Will see, might be that I am wrong.
No manual...? I hate that
I would like to see complete artificial leather interior.
The old one looked way better.

BRING IT TO THE UNITED STATES PLEASE

Very Impressive
Thats a shame as it looks more like Suzuki Vitara. I have both 2017 and 2020 Kodiaq and older one is much better
The rear look too busy very unlike skoda. Didn't like the rear at all. Yuck
Driven one of these and they are just too big for the UK roads.

The Karoq is a better fit.
What happened to years ago when everyone bought a supermini ?
the design is so outdated and mellow.. like a facelift
Whats up with that rounded corners of the headlights!? I expected some Enyaq design spice here
It looks like Skoda has run out of innovative ideas in terms of designing. Looks more like a facelifted version.
Interior👍 Exterior👎 Too many lines. Less is more.
No doubt it will be expensive with a rubbish and buggy infotainment system
another ICE SUV, who cares!
To what do you object. ICE or SUV or both?
Another great Foreign make is putting the rest to shame again.....
I wonder why they are making the cars uglier day by day
Looks ugly… Toyota RAV4 inside.
