Wow you’re getting a mansion for that price! Meanwhile here in San Pedro, CA a 2 bedroom 1 bath is about $850,000. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

This is a nice house. No wasted space except the yard. It has no backyard for babies. Although the basement and the media room is nice I would prefer an outdoor space for the babies to be free to run and play. This one is on my list to find floor plans because I love the layout.

That's a beautiful house all it's missing is a pool. I have a question...What is a keeping room? What is it's purpose thanks.
A keeping room is like another living room/den but it’s usually part of the kitchen.
Latoya, a simple explanation of a "keeping room" is a room adjacent to the kitchen where family members and guests can be comfortable/lounge while "keeping" the company of the cook, while he or she is in the kitchen.

I was sold on the main floor, 2 sink kitchen and master bedroom on the main and lots of space. I was not thrilled about the 2nd level, the spacing is cramped and the rooms are on top of each other (would have rather saw more space and less rooms upstairs) it doesn't fit with the rest of the house. The lower level basement was absolutely gorgeous (this could easily be 2 of the 5 rooms) I love the basements, use it to fix what you don't like in other areas of the house. I fell in love with the patio and yard, the covered porch and wrap around was selling point. Spacious yard. Beautiful home !!!!

Beautiful home. Only issue I have is the lack of countertop space in the kitchen. The kitchen seems a bit tight to me.
Love the house. I tried to see if the other bathrooms had a shower head or just a tub, but couldn't tell. I saw one in the master bath, but it looked like there wasn't one in the other baths.
I didn't see a pantry or did I miss it. The home is very lovely.

Gamer, good question. The owner of the main bedroom in the home, if not a couple, could be a male or female, so I think it is more appropriate to say Owner's Suite than Master's Suite as the word "owner" is neutral and can apply to either a male or female.

Nice! I like when homes have the laundry room upstairs for the main rooms but still a great floor plan.
Uniqwia, it is common to see the laundry room on the same level as the owner's suite and this floor plan has the owner's suite on the main.

Chris, those are bonus rooms. I would use the 1st room as a craft room and the other room as a workout room. I would definitely find use for both rooms.
