Wow Janice!!! The FIRST thing I look for in a new home is "dark cherry wood floors". Next, "trey ceilings". I just wish I could hit the lotto, powerball, or Publisher's clearing house $5,000 a week for life to pay for a home like this! I want to live in Atlanta with a nice home, large back yard, etc. (That Atlanta skyline view....WOW!!!) I'd love to wake up in the morning with a cup of soursop tea and step outside and see this everyday!!!! Peace & blessings for 2020. Walk good !

I noticed that was well. My mom's house staircase is offset to the right of the entrance so you see straight through her breakfast nook's window to the lake in the back.

Some good features, the flooring is different on the second level, loved the closet in the master bedroom and the space in backyard, the spa was definitely a plus.
Frank Betz is based in Smyrna GA. He's my favorite home designer! When I heard the master had a view of the Atlanta skyline, I thought she meant downtown skyline, but it 's still a good view. The recreation room and the home theater needs some sort of sound and light barrier so the people in the recreation room won't disturb those in the home theater. Beautiful home!
When she walked inside I said omg because the rooms are massive. I wouldn't know what to with all that room. It's out of my price range but if I had a home like this family is welcome to come stay as long as they clean up behind themselves lol...
Another home that is built better as far as the floor plan goes it just needs that outdoor barbecue kitchen but still a real real nice home thank you miss Carter
The basement is massive (especially in regards to height)... AND I LIKE IT!!! So is the master-bedroom [for alot of people, the size of that room would be a whole house onto itself]. However, for a house that size, the backyard is rather small. Still, considering everything else with the place, I could easily live with it. All in all, great house. 👍
That closet is amazing! I love the built in storage system. The entire bottom level is impressive! Questions: Why is it that homes in Atlanta have unfinished basements? Also, what was the name of the rent to own program that your company works with? I recall you mentioning it in a previous video a few months ago ❤

The home was beautiful but I would’ve preferred to see a bigger front door, probably different style. The room sizes for a bit small (from my view). They should’ve expanded the kitchen wall another 2 feet or so. It seems cramped. Honestly for me, homes at this size should just put in the extra $ and give each room it’s own bathroom.
That basically means all water has been drained out of the pipes. This prevents busted pipes in the winter time. It also means you can't drop a deuce in the toilet as it will not flush!!!

Could be many things. Maybe the property taxes are too high. Possibly the other bills are too high. It could also be due to people finding the greater Atlanta area boring after a few years of living there. Perhaps lifestyle changes mean that the homes are no longer suitable for the owners. And or a myriad of other things.
Also I think that people are starting to realize that they can live on less. However I would still keep my home and let it make money for me and travel. :)
Actually there is a way to start with a small house and work your way up to a big house. You get to live in a home for 2 year's tax free. So every 2 years you move, with each time you go to a bigger more expensive home without ever paying taxes on the cost of the home. But you gotta move every 2 years. This way each time you move your equity grows and your able to get a home you probably couldn't have afforded that first purchase. Then when you finally get in the house you like and want to keep, borrow against the built up equity. This is tax free as well as long as you invest it. So invest in rental properties and basically use it to pay the mortgage back. Rich people do this all the time. Make your money work for you rather than the other way around.
