The drive through the community to get to the house were really nice to do to get to see what the outside surrounding of the house looks like; very nice and beautiful house that persons would love to choose to live in for peace and privacy as required and to build some beautiful memories in so beautiful inside the house and outside the house deck and or porch connections is beautiful.😘
Overall great house! Love the fireplace on the screened porch, a very nice touch. Other than the small kitchen (I love to cook, LOL), it's a great house.
I used to reside in Conyers, Rockdale county dome years back and haven't traversed through the NW of Atlanta at all quite honestly....but after viewing the many tours you've filmed I'm considering moving back to Atlanta lol my goodness it's amazing and I do miss the state, yes indeed. This is a lovely home , you could live in that basement and never come upstairs, love that the closet does not have those cheap wire shelving.

Beautiful home!-But if I were to own,I would make the kitchen open to the family/living room.I would redo the kitchen color;light color cabinets (Eggshell),redo backsplash,1 huge island(seat 5),redo tile on floor...All of the bathrooms would have an on suite.Finished basement with full kitchen area/bar,pool table area,movie theater,gym🤗.Home has lots of potential 🤷🏽♀️!!!
Aside from the dirty carpet...that’s a master suite ...and the house seemed priced well for what one would get ....love the basement I’m seeing media/rec room down there the layout is nice as well...
Quick resales can mean owner didnt take into account ALL it took to live there 💯.
It could also mean a job relocation.

Another beautiful home! I have a question for you Ms. Carter. Assuming this home isn't paid off by the current owner, is it a difficult process to sell a home that one doesn't own?
The Ladies' Room, that is a good question. The seller/homeowner is actually the owner of the home even though there is a mortgage lien on the home and most homes that are sold throughout Metro Atlanta, the seller/homeowner usually will have an outstanding mortgage loan on the home. So at closing, the attorney will pay what is owed by the seller to the mortgage company to satisfy the balance of the seller's mortgage loan and the difference minus the seller's closing costs will then go to the seller. So, it is not difficult to sell a home you still have a mortgage on, assuming of course, that the home is worth more than what is owed on the mortgage.

Yes the overwhelming majority of home sellers still owe money or the balance of a 30 year mortgage on their property. My home will be on the market with 23 years left on the mortgage,

Beautiful grand home! But I will never understand why with these homes the kitchens are so small in comparison to the rest of the rooms in the house. Like it’s 3 living rooms and two dining. The kitchen should be bigger. Nonetheless still a magnificent home

Hi Janice does the annual fee cover the landscaping on each home in the subdivision 🏘?
Good question. The annual HOA fee is for the maintenance of the common areas and the community amenities. The homeowners are responsible for maintaining their own lawns.
All BEDROOMS would have their own on suite😲!!!

People have their different likes and dislikes. Some want to live in the city while others prefer the suburb. Some want to live in a subdivision and others want to live outside a subdivision, so you have to find what your likes are and it is usually based on your lifestyle.
