sound designers like you should be the ones that are credited the most imo, not plebs like us, leeching off talented people like you for our own gain. you can easily put all these quality sounds behind a paywall or something, but the fact that you decided to put these patches and a bunch more out for free, made me think that you're actually jesus's 2nd coming

These are amazing! As someone stepping out of their norm of distortion and strings and wanting to get into Synthwave this is great! Especially since I am still learning how synthesisers work and can't make all the sounds I want just yet. This not only gives me a visual on how these sounds are made but some solid options to use as well. Thank you so much for these as well as making them free to access!

These belle-pads are so ethereal and amazing, waking up listening them feels I'm on cloud 9, I'm eager to know how you riff all the beautiful strings , hope to see you share one video regarding chords writing! Thanks for your great talent and effort!
Thank you! Not sure how to do a video about chord writing. I just fool around improvising chord progressions and voicing I've learned throughout the years. One advice I could perhaps give is to check out and transcribe a lot of David Foster's stuff and Al Jarreau's records from the early 80's (albums like Breaking Away, Jarreau and High Crime) and you'll find most of the chords I'm using from their style. If you also learn a few jazz standards and maybe watch videos with Jamal at GospelMusicians and videos from PrettySimpleMusic and check out the chord progressions there, then I think you've got it covered. It's also quite essential, at least I think so, to know at least basic music theory and what chords goes with which keys and how to "color" all the chords (adding 7's, 9's and whatnot). When it comes to voicings then it's good to transcribe or find sheet music with Foster's and Jarreau's stuff. I hope this helps!

Thanks buddy...just what I was looking for to fill out some of my tracks. Already have the 80's drums, now I have this...I feel an album coming on. Been using Arcades 80's synths but this will give me greater control I feel. All I need now are the female vocals...have some Acepellas so I might chop them up for a Neo Retrowave sound. Like if 80's synthwave happened in 2080 if you get me.
