Tammy I do take Yoga but have become increasingly concerned about it. I’ve seen numerous Priests saying it is sinful and you should not participate in it. I like the stretching it gives my body and I never thought about it being evil. I wonder what your opinion is. That subject might make a good podcast if you haven’t already done one.
Maybe because Meditation traditions are getting popular and priests don’t want to lose more people, anyways we always have to follow our own intuition, if yoga is making you a better person that’s awesome
Yoga is a Hindu and Buddhist tradition and if you're christian you should not participate. Pilates is a similar option but does not have you doing poses named after pagan gods.
Asking Jesus and Mary to be with you to reveal the path to dissolving your fears and aiding discernment might be something to consider here? Asking God to show you what is for you and what isn't, can alleviate anxiety and put you back on course. We're to be good stewards of our bodies, to promote fitness and health and most natural stretches are intuitive. There is Christian 'yoga' to yoke body, mind and Holy Spirit, that incorporates Scripture and the like. Maybe that is a path for you?I do not know, nor do I have any experience with either. I've not be drawn to yoga.
As a muslim , i have been having the same discomfort during yoga classes. Intention is key when going in and finding the right instructor. Some instructors are very much about the fitness and others about the spiritual. Whenever I hear blasfemous things or things against my believes , i just say my own prayers or praise the Lord. I dont participate with the oms and the namaste and bowing. Some instructors are actually playing some religious hymes or prayers as music. Beware. As well as saying spiritual things that serve only the self and not God. If you are able to find another sort of strentching class , you are better off. Usually yin yogas or a stretching flow doesnt have all of this packge with it
Diabetes in India In India, there are estimated 77 million people above the age of 18 years are suffering from diabetes (type 2) and nearly 25 million are prediabetics (at a higher risk of developing diabetes in near future).
Something should also be said for the childhood vaccine schedule and all the toxins and heavy metals being administered into these young bodies constantly.
Eating whole seeds must be the same as the oils even though they are more refined than seeds. Need to buy very fresh seeds then and soak them as our ancestors did to break down enzyme inhibitors.
All respect to Tammy and her channel. After 30 minutes of listing, I had to stop. All the things that I have learned about Turmeric, spices, teas, anti-biotics and they are all bad. This woman can believe what she wants, but 95% of what she has said thus far is something that I just do not nor will I support. And I have justification. ❤ to the channel.
@@arwenstrong2818 The Carnivore Code by Paul Saladino and The Carnivore Cure by Dr. Judy Cho are great reads and they go into the deep dive of the reasons to stay away from the things that I mentioned. 🤗
I have researched turmeric and or curcumin extensively and the only negative I'm aware of is it is an oxalate and may cause kidney stones. It also thins the blood but that's a benefit to most. Some claim it may cause liver injury in some individuals. Probably folks with a compromised liver. I have a fatty liver and it seems to improve that.
Thank you Tammy. 🌷💓

@@carolinafuentes994I don’t think priest are afraid of that. Prayer is very different than “emptying “ yourself or meditation.

Funny but I found that fasting on certain dates of Lent helped me in so mamy ways aside from spirituality. It's crazy.
