There’s an app called iBreathe that lets you set custom pacing. (I’ve no connection to the developers of the app). The free version has some ads but I don’t think they’re too intrusive.
But you can’t set it to fractions of seconds so you can’t exactly do 5.5 sec inhale/5.5 seconds exhale. Still, it’s hard to time your breath so precisely anyway so 5 secs in, 6 secs out should be good.
@@jessicaburgers Each 5.5 second interval has 7 notes. If you want to pace your breathing without a watch , you can count slowly to 7. Or the Beatles Version 1,2,3.4,5,6,7...all good children go to heaven ( From Abby Road)
