I think you should incorporate the butter at the very end just enough to emulsify it rather than cooking it for such a long time at such a high heat and causing the butter fat to separate
Before I even watch this just thank you because I'm no cook but my daughter's Italian so I'm making something for her for dinner and I believe I already have all the ingredients and I'm just going to watch you and I've already subscribed to you and that reminds me and I'm hated on every platform so I don't even know if you'll get this but just thank you because I'm using already cooked chicken that I have to fry up in the pan and I'm no cook but I love wine infused dishes and wish to go to culinary school and become a chef my own self so tonight we're just kind of flying by the seat of our pants and from whatever I learn from watching this
Can you substitute the butter with margarine? I'm getting ready to make this in about a half hour so somebody could get back to me ASAP. That would be on awesome!

I couldn't make out some of the ingredients, I wish they were not only spoken but, readable . The sound is very muffled and difficult to hear/understand what ur saying. I'd love to get this made, as I have pasta and mussels ready and waiting, and I don't have the time to replay this video over and over, especially since I couldn't hear it all the first time around. Couldn't u add the ingredients in writing? It would make things so much easier for those of us that can't make out what ur saying! @JulieBlanner,I hope u get this comment, this recipe looks and sounds good, quick to make and easy

Unfortunately, even tho I was able to find ur recipe pretty much everywhere, I was just not able to get it, I'd hit "jump to recipe" and it would only go as far as prep time before the page would just jump back to the beginning, I tried about 20X in total, on Pinterest, ur site etc... and it didn't matter, I could not get to the actual recipe, and unfortunately, I had to use a different one which was not so good. Idk if this is just MY TECH ISSUE or what but I had no problem getting anyone else's recipes!! Very strange I'll have to try again another time and another of ur recipes, thanks :)

I haven’t tested it, but I always cook and bake with butter.

You can use any dry white wine or cooking wine. Sauvignon bland works really well.
