Shocking he poured warm tap water straight into the bottle. Cold tap water can only be used after it’s been boiled and then cooled to luke warm to use. Never use cold or warm tap water straight from the tap like he just did.
It says rite on the instructions in red make sure to boil the water first
That, and plus he says “rinsey bottle”. Sort of hurts his credibility.

what happens if you use water without salt? feels more congested and how many days to releaf that sensation? i didnt put too much sallt maybe :(

Thanks for the video. It's interesting that you use tap water - the neilmed sinus rinse urges people to use distilled water, tap water boiled for at least 5 minutes, or commercially bottled water that's been ultrafiltered with at least a 0.2 micron filter. Are they just being overly cautious? I know that we can irrigate and soak bodily wounds with regular tap water, so I'm inclined to ignore those directions and just use tap water like you are or some other bottled water.
I'm going to use distilled water because my drinking water is crap.

Something like tilt your head forward, try breathe out mouth not nose.
Your using tap water when the box has several warnings not to do so. I don’t think you should call yourself a doctor if you can’t simply follow the warnings on the product about not boiling tap water, and now your misguiding hundreds of people into thinking that straight up tap water is ok. Way to go.
This was recommended to me by my ent doctor. But when I do it water doesn't come out the other nostril

@@ibstayfly that's crazy. Must have a serious blockage? I've just done mine again and it worked perfect, my breathing is fantastic compared to before. Hope you get it sorted. Good luck.

NEVER USE TAP WATER. SOMEONE IN OUR COUNTY JUST DIED FROM USING THE MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY.
Wow dude all these older folks are completely unaware about the whole "so, you didnt boil the water first, eh?" scapegoat to avoid lawsuits and actually sit there and do it. Man, what a world. Capitalism isnt about making the world a better place, but more so exclusively concerned with profits. Things are meant to sell, not to function.
