Banzancho District Urban Redevelopment Site in Okayama City

Here 'Banzancho' district is in the center of Okayama city, but it is a little far from two major shopping areas.
One of them is Okayama station area and the other one is Omotecho area.
Though both areas are within a walking distance, I think the streetcar is more convenient.
