I know the Austin zoo rescues all their animals and they keep animals that wouldn't be able to survive in the wild. So yes I'd really look into what the zoo is about and call them and ask questions but by supporting zoos they can expand the animals enclosers and do more for conservation . really when a animals needs are met they can live happily in captivity.
Its very sad i live in iraq and our zoo very horrible the bear is locked in small dirty wet cage and hungry he eats bread and cries in very sad sound and hits his head with the cage bar 😿🤬

Animals are wired to be able to bond with humans and able to truly enjoy being pets, it is fundamental to their original design, which is why even fish, even sharks, can be seen bonding with humans and loving affection when nothing in their intraspecies behavior is comparable.

Honestly this is just a dream. To take care of bears so they can live a long and good life. These people have done everything they can for these beautiful creatures, and in my eyes, they’ve done everything right.
