Glad to see you struggled with the blade clamping screw too. Watched your video primarily to see what we were missing because we couldn’t move it. Apparently, it just took a little more muscle than we anticipated. Lol. Thanks for the help.

I bought this saw a year ago, have been using it for rough cross cuts and rip cuts. Until recently I tested it using a digital gauge and found out the blade is not parallel to the shoe, off by 1mm. The 0 kerf indicator is off by 1/16", could be caused by the blade not being parallel or the blade was assembled with a wrong washer thickness. I really love this saw for its quietness and light weight, maybe I got a lemon by chance. My local service center said they could take a look.

You’re gonna wanna honk down on that arbor- the blade will slip when cutting into hard wood if not fastened tightly ;)

First gen 391 is only 460 watts. They upped it to around 750 but the 570 should bog down much less

I have the Flexvolt, it is an animal,one thing I'm not impressed with is the plastic plate holding the bottom bearing, very cheap!
