Thanks!!
I am obviously super cool. I have a youtube channel. Classic.
Why didn’t you buy a nice Designer or Cartier? I would but I found mine with 16k miles in Florida. Several videos in my channel.
This one was easily available!
@@DougsCars That makes sense. I like the color.
@@EnthusiastCarHangar It’s very unique!
Where do you live, Doug? I'm in Fairfax Co. and JUST bought my '03 Sig. =P
Niiiiice buy! Used to live in Richmond, moved to Florida last year.
I wish we made cars like that here in the UK.
A big Jaaaaaag is closest.
@@DougsCars It'd have to be one of those rare Jags that doesn't leave you on first-name terms with the breakdown driver though... my late father owned a car with the Lincoln ornament turned though 90 degrees - that car being a Mk. IV Ford Zodiac from 1970.
@@HowardLeVert My buddy’s Vanden Plas Super overheated today…and I didn’t know about that hood ornament before!
@@DougsCars It only appeared on later Zodiacs, an example here: www.flickr.com/photos/45676495@N05/45763173675
Which 'Vandy' (as they were known in Kingsbury) is your buddy's? That's not a model I know of?
@@HowardLeVert It’s a Supercharged V8 Vanden Plas from 2001. I think they were sold as Daimlers in the UK, but that name can’t be used here as it’s the parent of Mercedes.
I own the other side of the coin; the Cadillac DTS. Everything you say about these Land yachts is true!
Ooh I’ve never driven one of those!
@@DougsCars try it out, can't hurt. The Northstar has some power. Also, don't believe all the slander stories. It's all about upkeep & routine maintenance (I owned 2).
If you want some fun with Northstars, look for my TwinStar video from last November. It’s an Eldorado with 2!! Northstars.
@@DougsCars I will look for it. The owner of Northstar Performance is a group member on my page
@@floyd27860 I think it’ll let me post a link: ua-cam.com/video/KpxhguhST1U/v-deo.html
Excellent decisions.
So far, so good. Lincoln got out on the Nascar track and took me on a comfortable trip. Perfection.
@@DougsCars I believe it. Got mine up to 544K miles before the original transmission started breaking.
@@Nathan_Jay Wow, that’s amazing!
@@DougsCars indeed it is. I miss that car but prices are through the roof right now
@@Nathan_Jay Mine was $4,000 and I’m sure I could get a lot more now.
When are you getting a lambo?
#benefactor
Lincoln town car ... the only car you buy for $5,000 and sell for $5,000 .......
(And I paid less than that…shhhh!)
take a look at some recent prices? some low miler/2008-2011 going for $15K. Simply Great cars
@@briandavismurphy I could probably double what I paid for mine.
You CAN participate in the embodiment of the American Dream without being a billionaire.
American luxury was always about excess, more larger bigger better because we are the greatest country on GOD's green earth.
You took your wife to buy a Lincoln Town Car 😫 WHY ? A Lincoln Town Car is supposed to be a man's car.
How many miles?
84k (85 now!)
@@DougsCars Enjoyed yr video sounds like u have a great car. I own 04 Marauder and a Crown Vic Sport so I appreciate these cars also.
@@godzilla6740 Love love love Marauders!
I own a 2014 mks n a 2003 c class
I still have a BMW too ;)
@@DougsCars cool content i like your channel
