Great video man I have not done this in a long time and really enjoyed it. It was so good to see everyone and how much we enjoyed ourselves despite the rainy day.

Rain can't keep a good group down. We always have fun no matter what. So awesome to camp with you again George!

Love the stove and cook system 👍
    And especially the canoe!
Hey, instead of spending MORE money on camping equipment, just do what your friend did, string a tarp over your tent to keep it dry, heck of a lot cheaper 🤣
    Cheers 🍻

Haha absolutely! Could I really call myself a camper without paying for overpriced gear?
But the tarp idea is definately in my tool belt. I can seriously see myself using one of my hammock tarps over top the inner of a tent and being completely happy, especially in a hot summer.

The first day was great! If we had gone up the night before instead we would have had perfect weather. Getting a fire going through the rain was a great moral boost. Plus sleeping 11 hours helped a lot lol.

I’ve found that a 2 man tent ⛺️ s a must for canoe trips and filming. A lot of your gear is very similar to ours so it’s nice to see someone else using it and fixing problems. Did you get the seat back from Mountain Man? Will Swift send it directly?

Haha I was just watching your latest video before going on that trip. Hence the "here we go" shout out lol.
I got that seat from the local dealer I bought from. I'm sure swift would send you one for free. That seat is a serious game changer for comfort.

Bee stings on camping trips are good luck. Unless you are allergic. I have an older Everest stove - solid camping stove. Doesn't have that cool griddle attachment though. Fun trip even if Mother Nature didn't fully cooperate. Can't beat autumn!

Yeah that sting was the bees knees 😉. That stove was like cooking at home. The griddle was heavy duty too so it really ran great. That setup is super heavy though and it's tough to get a good level surface to work on. I think I'll use it for lean to camping but I'll probably pass on it for other types of trips. Also, as much as I like the griddle I'm still not sure it is any better than having my cast iron pan. Still messing around with it so we will see.
