The second style home is called Tudor. When I was in Bayside Queens NY I use to see a lot of these style homes. Great video.
Some advice: Before buying a new home, you should see one of the builder’s houses being constructed before the dry wall is installed. You might have second thoughts. After the dry wall is installed, it covers up a lot of mistakes you will be dealing with long after the builder moves on to another area. Most of these small builders do not have a construction superintendent, so the subcontractors are not supervised, and they do shoddy work.
I totally agree! New doesn't always mean worry free!
I'm reasonably sure that the bigger builders can do shotty work as well.

It's odd that the second home has a lot of rooms staged as bedrooms but without closets!
That was odd. Technically not a 6 bedroom house but only 4 bedrooms.
Kaleb, these houses 🏘️🏡 are very pretty!! They have this modern feel to it!! They all have a different vibe, it's like you are entering, three very unique houses 🏘️🏡 all are completely different in their own way!! Love The Living, Dining, Family, and The Laundry Room. All of The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are great, well done and well designed!! All three Kitchens are wide and spacious. The prices are reasonable. Lots of Square ⬛⬜ Feet 🐾🐾!! That English Home looks great! It’s different and lots of rooms wow. It can definitely work for AirBnB.
It already was an Airbnb and the owners are dumping it due to the recession and layoff coming in 2024.

I don't like the kitchen right as you open the door in the first house but I do appreciate that these houses have a little bit more land. I currently have a house on an acre which I have planted with 23 varieties of fruit trees.

Kaleb, the second house is for sale because the current owner cannot make Airbnb work anymore so how do you think the next buyer is going to make it work in a deflationary recession?
The husband subcribes to your channel, and we like dreaming about a 2nd home in Florida (when we win the lottery 😂). We've watched loads of your videos...and being English....I absolutely loved the English style house, first time I think I've actually "ooohed and aaahed" a property. , I'm not a fan of everything being open plan, and I love an upstairs (contrary to the husband). Though if I won the lottery I'm sure I could be swayed to a Floridan style house 😊. I love the fact also "old house....built 1984". We live in a house built in 1950, and that's pretty std round here 😀
Hey Kaleb. Happy belated Thanksgiving. Was cruising. 1st home. Basic elevation. Let’s see. My husband would love the lot size. You my first qualm; kitchen visible on entry but it is nice. Agreed. Decent size bedrooms and bath. Good size primary. Small closet and en-suite but nice. W/D in garage 👎 but appreciated. Potential for someone. 2nd home given me Tudor vibes. Large home. Large front yard. Ohh. Like the entry. Large 1st bedroom. Wondering where’s the bathroom. Cozy living room. Large enclosed pool. Ok. 1st bathroom. Kitchen/nook/laundry. Bedroom through the laundry? Maybe that was for staff. Downstairs like a maze. Upstairs bedrooms good size. One with an en-suite. Large primary. Walkin closet and en-suite workable. 3rd home small. Basic elevation. Looks old. Let’s see the interior renovation. Walk in right into the dining. Don’t care for that. No foyer. But it’s nice. Guest bedrooms small but enough. Primary ok size. Small closet and en-suite but appreciated. Kitchen ok. W/D space ok. Large backyard. Lots of maintenance needed. Large enclosed pool. Would want that closer to the house. Thanks for sharing. I must say also, that when you say look at the primary suite it's like you're describing something luxurious. Far from that the room is small once again one small window I don't know why you pump it up like this is some wonderful home when it's just a boring box

The AC air handler in the Garage is the worst place as far as risk of pollutants and carbon monoxide entering the house. Second worst for heat gain in the summer.
These homes on that much land would be double the price where I live (Oregon). Acreage is the way to go.

I like the Home, But I think being so Isolated would be a problem for me. And I not having a closed in Shower is another of my pet peeves. Its a very pretty house, Liked the fact that you come straight into the kitchen. Pretty big kitchen island, The Price is reasonable, Rate 8. House #2 Reminds me of a Jigsaw Puzzle, 3 of the 4 Bathrooms seems to Narrow and tight. The Laundry room is near by one of the Bedroom, Pretty wierd. To many closets, Don't like Pools at all. The first bedroom as you come in, You have to way down the hall just to use the bathroom, Rate 3. House #3, Well it was alright, Again not fan of Detached Garage and Pools. Plus all that Acres of land. But it did have some nice Qualities, Liked the Dining room when you come in, The Kitchen was Beautiful. Rate 4. Overall my Favorite was House #1. Who buys a home where the only access road is unpaved?
I really don't like when the builders are so cheap they think we don't notice how small the windows are in the bedroom and a lot of times they only have one small window. Would never buy a house with one small window
What dummy locates the laundry room in the garage? You buy our dream home and tell your wife she has to do the laundry in the garage, where it is a blistering 90 degrees.
For the size of land, this builder could've built a better home. As soon as you step in its a huge counter welcoming you, very distasteful.

Waste of breath until the market crashes prices are delusional 120,000 home for 400 000 I'm not stupid most of these homes cost 120.000 to make but priced at 400 I'm not stupid I build
