Ive read and seen reviews where their outer rim lip chips very easily. Ive also seen a video of them pressing a flimsly color coated plastic sheet around the lip of the wheel. Im very surprised you dont have chipping around the lip.
@@BoysToysHellcat question now do you think if you gotta more meatier tires or even went down to size 20 that your rim wouldn't of cracked when you ran over that pot hole??
@@BoysToysHellcat now with changing the tires to more meatier ones do you feel a difference with driving it especially over bumps. I'm considering these or 20x9 and 20x10.5 on my hellcat challenger
20 will be much more comfortable driving around. My 22's are still stiff but I'm also lowered on eibach pro kit springs. I still avoid potholes like the Rona
No issues at all. They grip really well. I'll upload a video soon reviewing these tires. I don't daily it but I drive it year round. I have been caught in snow and freeze with this tires.
I have 22s on my scat pack I find my tires wear on the inside super fast I align the car twice a year do you have the same issue I'm almost ready to go with a 20 inche rim
The tires are not "TOYO PROXES ST III" are they? They look like Continental Sport Contact Tires... Correct me if I'm wrong. Trying to find out how car enthusiasts like these tires.
My question is about the tires. Grip? How is your grip on launch? Do the hook up when you launch? I've got 22s as well, and I'm considering this tire, or a nitto 255 30 22. Thanks
Are your wheels making a squeaky sounds .. My FR2 are making a squeaky sound .. the plastic around the rim is loosening up !! I’m just asking if anyone else haves problems
Looks nice I actually have Ferradas on my Bmw 6 series but forged I think you still would spend a lot of money no difference so I think you are wrong on that 5 stars all the way

Looks badass!
Thank you.
@@BoysToysHellcat Your welcome
Man I want those wheels
Thank you.
Looks good!
Team ScatCat thank you
How did the ride change from the stock ones?
Not much, just a bit stiffer but still comfy during long drives. Tires a great grip compared to stock and cars feels more planted.
@@BoysToysHellcat what pen were you using to touch up your rim because unfortunately I need one as well
Sorry to hear that. I just go to advance autoparts to get a gloss black touch paint.
@@BoysToysHellcat ok thank you
Those are clean looking, did you have to make any modifications to the front?
No modifications at all
@@BoysToysHellcat thanks folk good looking on da reply!! I know what I'm getting lol what size tires do u have?
265/35zr22 front 305/30zr22 rear
@@BoysToysHellcat thanks folk!! Good looking on the info.
What are your offset for your wheels?
I don't remember anymore
How much does it cost to maintain the car? For example brakes, tires, oil changes, etc...
Good question. Oil change about $100 every 6Kmiles, Brembo brake pads are about $300 a set multiply by 4 and tires are about $370 a piece.
BoysToys good info! Oil change and tires aren’t that bad it’s just those brake pads..lol
Yup these bramble brakes are expensive. I changed the front pads and rotors for my Jeep SRT last summer and it cost $1400 for the 2 front set.
What's the full spec on the front tire after the 265 30R 22 ....? 97w?
107w I think but let me double check
@@BoysToysHellcat ok I appreciate ya!! I just got me some 22s trying to order tires from Ebay
102W
@@BoysToysHellcat thanks
Wonder can the 22 x 11 fit in the front
Nope
Awesome wheels
Shocka252, thank you
@@BoysToysHellcat question now do you think if you gotta more meatier tires or even went down to size 20 that your rim wouldn't of cracked when you ran over that pot hole??
It'll still crack, that pothole was huge and had sharp edges. I do have new meatier tires now. I run a 265/35 zr 22 front and 305/30 zr 22 rear now.

do you think ceramic coating the wheels is a waste of money?? some ppl say yes...
No they are not. With all the salt abd winter grime my car gets during winter it's worth it.
No issues with the tires after a year? And do u daily your car/
Tires are really good. No issues whatsoever. I don't daily it but I drive it all year on weekends and whenever i get a chance.
BoysToys thanks bro you have made my choice clear... I’m getting that exact size on my scat

@@AuthenticBenny Good choice! You will be happy with it.
BoysToys thanks again bro
I have 22s on my scat pack I find my tires wear on the inside super fast I align the car twice a year do you have the same issue I'm almost ready to go with a 20 inche rim
Yes same issue. But alignment should minimize it. These cars have a camber for sporty driving. Price we have to pay for performance.
What’s the difference between a forged candle it being regular
Forged wheels are a lot stronger and typically don't crack when hitting a big pothole. It might bend or dinged but can be repaired.
The tires are not "TOYO PROXES ST III" are they? They look like Continental Sport Contact Tires... Correct me if I'm wrong. Trying to find out how car enthusiasts like these tires.
No they are not toyos. The one on my jeep srt are the Toyos.
These are continental extreme contact dws06
I have a review video of these tires in my channel
Here's the link to my video review: ua-cam.com/video/dgdDeIVTSPs/v-deo.html
Where did you get the color matched side markers?
GA08GT, they are custom oracle LED sidemarkers. I have a video of the installation in my Channel.
BoysToys Thanks
Did your wheels come with locks? Or only lugs?
Lug nuts that have a special lug nut key.
What type of exhaust you have in or what have you done
Joshua Haney, mid muffler delete. Here's a link to that video: ua-cam.com/video/cL7WVEjUNhY/v-deo.html
Joshua Haney, if you sub you'll see what I've done to my scatpack so far. Thanks
So how much in all did you spend on these rims?
Joshua Haney, $2400 for rims
My question is about the tires. Grip? How is your grip on launch? Do the hook up when you launch? I've got 22s as well, and I'm considering this tire, or a nitto 255 30 22. Thanks
It hooks really well. My best 0-60 with this tires is 4 seconds. I could not do that with the stock tires.
BoysToys Wow. That's nice
For a daily driver would you recommend 20’s or 22’s? And can you fit 20x10.5 or 11’s in the front?
22 is a rougher ride for sure. You can't fit 10.5 or 11 up front it will rub.
I don't know why you would put that wide rim up front?
@@BoysToysHellcat even on a rt?
Yes
What are the tire specs front and rear?
265/30R22 front and 295/25R22 Rear
Are your wheels making a squeaky sounds .. My FR2 are making a squeaky sound .. the plastic around the rim is loosening up !! I’m just asking if anyone else haves problems
No not all. I don't have that issue.
What plastic? My wheels don't have a plastic part
Why would you go the forged route
Stronger but lighter wheel than cast. Too many potholes here in my town.
Looks nice I actually have Ferradas on my Bmw 6 series but forged I think you still would spend a lot of money no difference so I think you are wrong on that 5 stars all the way
Cool! So you're saying forged is no better than what I have?
Sad Part , Can't Rotate them like Their Supposed to be, Those Thin Tires Will have Ya Blowing Mad Cash Every Couple of Weeks Being Replaced 😮😮
