I have a query about the PER requirement. I have been trying to understand how PER works as I am a CA student who's interested in ACCA. I read that if we work under an approved employer under ACCA then 5 out of the 9 mandatory objectives are exempt. So does that mean I can apply for member once all 9 objectives are over?

Both are fine. You can pursue it with a graduation degree from DU/MU or with a private degree. Completely depends on you! But ACCA + graduation degrees are the best combination!

When to do per.?... in small firm or any multinational company
Better to do while giving ACCA papers (if you can manage to put out time for studies). Its great even after completing all the papers. For the second question, working in a big 4 is gonna be great for your CV because the reputation the big4 has built. You'll also learn many new things and you'll improve your skills. Gotta tell you before hand though that big4 working hours are not like a 9-5 job.
