Their "Lotus Eater" in Royal Albert Hall is my favorite live show video . They have there some technical difficulties on stage which makes the video even better .
Glad you enjoyed man. I would say the baying of the hounds or anything off the blackwater park album. The funeral portrait off that album has some of their most banging riffs
@@BraindeadBreakdown they are a finish metal band. Worth checking out. They just dropped a single. But their last full length album Moonflowers is amazing.
🔥🔥❤Opeth❤🔥🔥 I love that you do live videos when they're available. Your #deadpan look was fun. 😅 recommend: Hessian Peel The Baying of the Hounds Deliverance (Live at Shepherd's Bush Empire, London) ua-cam.com/video/c1Lkc3OqtDU/v-deo.html
Baying of the Hounds slaps! To be fair, as does every other suggestion people are posting, just because Opeth... But Baying of the Hounds is underrated as fuck :)
Love Harlequin Forest! Opeth Honestly, these live videos do not do Mikael's growls justice. Mikael lost interest in growls and metal as a whole sometime after releasing "Watershed" in 2008, on top of that his growls just got worse, either from constantly doing them for years or from losing interest, or both. His growls are INSANE, probably my favorite vocalist of all time. Opeth had an incredible decade of amazing albums from 1998 to 2008 (Harlequin Forest coming out in 2005 with the Ghost Reveries album), You NEED to listen to some of the songs off of Opeth's objectively (subjectively) best albums, "Blackwater Park" and "Still Life." The song "Blackwater Park" has some of the nastiest fucking riffage I have ever heard in my entire life, but has only growls. The song "The Moor" off of "Still Life" is probably my favorite overall song by them, with the amazing growls and cleans, as well as major riffage but not as much major riffage as Blackwater Park.
One of my favorites.... The studio is sooooo amazing. Jens Bogren mixing. The middle part when the acoustics come in is absolutely otherworldly.

Opeth - Isolation Years, Burden, A Fair Judgement.
You wont regret
The acoustic breakdown is surreal.
Harlequin Forest is definitely a contender for best song...
But so is Blackwater Park. Live version from Roundhouse Tapes is the best imo🤘🧝🖤
Opeth - Bleak next!
s3 new song is awesome!!!!!!
Some other opeth songs to check out:
Moonlapse vertigo
Demon of the fall
The leper affinity
If you haven’t already done it I would recommend Blackwater Park live. Can’t go wrong with that one brother. Cheers!
yeah.

This is one of my favorite opeth tracks. Have you ever done the band swallow the sun.
I have not heard of them! I will have to check them out in the future! 😁

Pick any Opeth song from 1998 - 2008. You will not find a bad tune from that era.
