    I just lost a roof on someone having a better contract and warranty, could of used this sooner. But knowledge learned means earning more next time. Thanks for all the content.

    Being an Owens Corning PPC just poops on most every other contractor in the area. Price is a good objection. And price conditioning is an enjoyable art.

    If we are fans of Marcus S. haven't we discussed price ranges of roof on your website and/or social media.? You have qualified the edging, materials etc. If they (owners) are checking you out, I feel you should have price ranges. Now you are dealing with a prospect that at least some type of idea on price and details of what that entails. Price condition owner before you get there.
