You are right that as per Newspaper reports that this 4th Line Project likely to be ready by Aug 2024. This is a very challenging project due to land acquisition issues. MRTS Work from Park Town to fort is to be still done. Fast progress seen in MRTS Fort station. Let us hope and pray that this work will be over by Aug 2024. All the best for your latest update. Sorry there are 6 lines ( read as 6 lines instead of 5 lines.
2 sub+2main line+2MRTS = 6lines. MS -MPKT 2+2 lines.

This video did not show clearly as in the past existing two lines between MPKT and MSB shall be realigned and 4th lines to be laid, hence totally 4 lines to be laid apart from 2 sub.lines existing. Therefore 5 lines between MPKT and MSB.

It will take another 12 months minimum for the work to complete,and thereafter Commissioner of Railway safety inspection,and certification.The first train in the 4th line will not run before June 30, 2025.
