It never ceases to amaze me to find out what some of these coins are worth. I don't actively collect Benji's except for my birth year. Now I may watch a bit closer for those '48s and '63s for sure. Those '53s and '55s will not be forgotten either. lol
I do have a 63 frankie which is part of a put together circulated mint set i bought from a coin shop for 12 bucks. I dont think it has FBL but everytime i look at it i wish it did
I recently inherited a numerous amount of coins and I do have a 1963 D Ben franklin half dollar at, what looks like to me, a very high MS grade with Full Bell Lines and another one with what looks like a double strike? over strike? mint mark. Very informative video! I have several 63’s, but no 48’s. Since I didn’t know about that FB I will have to do some checking. Franklin is a name that has been in my family for 5 generations. So I am definitely partial to Benji’s!

I don't have much money, so spending money on a coin not worth grading is too much for me to bare. Bro im so excited! I started collecting coins when I was bored 3 years ago. 2 months ago I decided to get bank rolls. The second time I went to the bank and asked for half dollars I only had 40 bucks to my name. An angel must have been w me that day because I received 4 rolls of all %90 silver half dollars from 1940 through 1964. With about 6 coins that are 40% silver 65" 66". I HAVE like 25 64" in great condition. Also the 1963 D mint Benjamin with full bell lines in incredible condition I can't believe my eyes! It looks like a new coin. Much better than the example shown here. Its at least MS67. what do I do next? I want to get it graded and put it in the auction!!!! Any tips guys
