- This is it! The kick-off of my solo World Trip to Asia in my self-converted Land Rover Defender Overland camper. It's a strange feeling that after many, many months of preparations, the time has come to turn the key and go! As you can imagine, I'm super excited. Curious about what's to come... Well, I can tell you this; the start is pretty rough! So, enjoy this episode!!!

I laughed so hard at the beginning when you said you were off to get some lunch and started walking towards the cows. You need to see how many cows you can make friends with throughout your trip.
I planned to lure the cows with the apple and have a nice steak for lunch but instead, I made some new (undoubtedly one of many) cow friends 😉

May I only suggest you to turn down the pre heating lever while cooking. It's only used to be up while pre heating for about a minute. After that you should turn it down.

I worked on a project in Bangla Desh where we had more then 50 in different configs , short long , 130 etc . Drove most of them . Privately in Europe I had 3 Discoveries , the first ones 1990-1995. Many problems moneyrovers !

@@HaveFunAndGo I did, but then got confused that you had detailed the non-route to Nepal in this one after watching the first trip and then getting back on with the new videos inbetween; and asking about your route - cheers for reminding me and linking. Switzerland was also an option but I decided to go via France 😎🇫🇷

@@HaveFunAndGo Turkije is geweldig al vinden we het kamperen hier even wennen! Oorspronkelijke plan was om via de westkust naar beneden te gaan richting Bodrum maar de warmte heeft ons verslagen. Dus we gaan vanaf richting Albanië. Helaas hebben we maar 4 weken 😉. Fijne reis!
