Douglas Adams: "There's an art to flying, or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss." Sofya Yokoyama: "when you're falling you just need to go up faster than you're going down."
I really appreciate how you talk through things and your mistakes. It helped me to send my last project which was similar to the first yellow one you did.
@@gustafstromberg4290 Nah, majority of people there are climbing v1-v2 especially if it's a relatively chill place. The one I go to has people doing v1-v4, not too many people do the v5+. Much more welcoming than you might imagine
Your detailed explanations are fantastic it really shows an understanding of how to climb and I’m really inspired to keep learning and your videos are awesome keep doing you !!
I love the explanation of your moves. Really helps to work our move on problems at local wall. Although at a lot lower grade V3 but slowly improving. Thanks
It's really helpful to listen to your critique and thoughts about your body positioning. Helps me, as an amateur, know what questions I should be asking myself when trying to figure out beta.
Love your channel! Been climbing on/off for the last 20 years - never got over V3/V4, though. Right now I'm climbing by proxy due to various serious hand problems, but thanks to you I can mentally project myself in V8/V9!
Just found your channel while in quarantine and I am loving it! Your comments and tips for climbing is so helpful, it's amazing how you figure out how to change things so quickly to get you to send it! I can't wait to get back to the bouldering gym! :D
Really enjoy hearing your tought process when doing these boulders. Having someone explain why they're moving their hips more torwards a side to relieve pressure off of your hands just makes the boulders seem less impossible. Keep these coming, love the videos!
Some sick flashes and dope moves in there. Your voice over was really clear and helped to explain your thought process and technique for moving through the problems. Great vid!
I really enjoyed this one! It's so fun watching because some of those boulders that you do pretty easily seem like they would be the perfect difficulty for me to project, and for some reason that's just really motivating ☺️ Feels like I'm learning something
The climbing is always great to watch, but the voiceover is really awesome. The analysis gives me so much more understanding of what's happening, even as a lowly 6a climber I can learn lots here!
Loving the voice over descriptions of what you're doing/trying to do as you go. 100% with you on the moving faster than you fall bit. So many times I find myself thinking "No problem, you're going to fall as soon as you move off of this hold, so just grab the next one really fast. It'll be fine." Sometimes it even is fine. :)
It was great to have that insight into your session and how you figure things out, thanks for sharing! I could see myself bingeing this kind of content, for sure :)
You are making these problems look so easy. I keep thinking "I can do that, it doesn't look too bad" until I remember I've only ever climbed one V7 in my life.
im really enjoying this channel actually, keep up the good work! i also wouldn't worry about spending a long time on the wall, Anything for a flash haha!
Hearing your thought process and how you are solving the problems is really helpful. Thank you. If I can make one critique the font for the route tag was really hard to catch. I had to rewind a few times to catch the grade
Super interesting to listen to your comments on why you did the move like this. Learning while watching you
Yeah, great learning opportunity, I hope there will be more videos like this one, describing the moves, mistakes and corrections.

The voice over of every subtle change you have to make when projecting moves is great!
"Try not to get angry" boils in frustration on problem 4, we've all been there xD
Love the commentaries on technics and thought processes, great work!
Watching Sofya climb gets me pumped to go bouldering! I love videos like this even though I'm like V2 skill level lol :)
I’m the same way 😂😂 over here climbing v3s and 4s while dreaming of climbing at this level someday 😂
Getting pumped although I have never done any bouldering in my life... fascinating stuff!

The problems that they put up on that back wall, like the last problem, are always a fun challenge. Technical and pumpy as hell.
You deserve way more subs! The editing style and commentary are really enjoyable to watch :)

The next Magnus Midtbo up in here!! You're an absolute weapon, so controlled!
Nice Lache on the first boulder. Always feet first! Nice to see parkour moves in to climbing

At boulder 6 I thought it could help to place the right foot onto the wall with the top. But your solusion is a bit more technical I think.
Insane stamina ^^ And commenting for the algo =)
